Unfortunately, I canceled this service within 3 months.
Because Merchant Lynx deducted about $200 as an annual fee within 3 months. I talked with Lynx and he said I have to pay. I called another number to KIBO. They helped me a lot. In a month, I received a full refund from KIBO. Thank you very much for helping me. And also I received a monthly fee about $80 which I was deduced.

They charged $198.99 on Nov. 3 before free three month trial. In their contract, there is nothing about this agreement.
I canceled within three months and returned credit card processing machine. They said they will credit $198.99 in a couple of weeks.
They still keep charging another $78.99 instead of credit on Dec 2, 2025.
They are the worst company which I have experienced before.

I am saving so much money using Kibo Pay. Kibo Pay's customer service is excellent. What a pleasure to be able to speak with a real person who is knowledgeable and helpful. Our representative, Maria, is always willing to answer any questions I have. She can be reached through email, phone call, or text directly - don't have to go through a ridiculous voicemail or A.I. system to get a human! It was easy to switch to Kibo Pay, and the flat rate per month is a couple hundred dollars less per month than what I was paying. Wish I had switched to Kibo Pay a long time ago.
