I can’t change my subscription without emailing the company. Wet food is out of stock. So far the one white dog with the tear stains doesn’t like your kibble.

When I adopted my Siberian Husky he was already on the food for light and white coat fur ! I love it ! It. It keeps his fur nice and shiny ! He also loves the treats as well ! I want to begin the transition of the adult food for him ! It agrees very well with his digestive system !

The product came as described very quickly, but it didn’t give me a chance to change the shipping address away from the billing address and when I contacted customer support to change the shipping address, they referred me to Amazon, but I didn’t make the purchase on Amazon so I had to go pick it up at a different house

I ordered the salmon, my dog did not like it , so I ordered the white fish which he will eat sometimes and it came in 2 days. It hasn’t taken care of his allgeries yet or his eyes, but am still trying to see if it works .

My bichon frise has eaten this food his entire life - specifically the Salmon small kibble in the 22 lb. size. It does a good job reducing brown discoloration under his eyes and he tolerates the food very well. I found out about this food from my dog breeder - my dog is one of the grandchildren of Misoko of Tauro Kennels. Only problem with this food is it's currently sold out and we need it. Now. Hope this isn't a recurring problem.

Excellent product quality and prompt delivery for our new fur baby! She's a gold Yorkie and very light in color, which is why we chose the Junior White Dog. We are new to this company/product (which was recommended by our breeder) but it won't be our last purchase.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Superior Care. I purchased dog food that was advertised as being 80% off in your promotional email. Nowhere in that advertisement did it state that the products were expired or near expiration.
When I contacted customer service after receiving the expired product, I was told that this was not a mistake and that all available stock carried the same short expiration date. This explanation is not acceptable. Selling expired dog food without clear and upfront disclosure in the advertisement is misleading and unethical, especially when the health of pets is at stake.
The promotion should have clearly stated that the discount was due to the expiration date. Instead, the marketing email described the product as a “best seller” with a special discount, which misled me into believing I was purchasing safe, quality food at a fair promotion, not expired stock.
As a customer, I expected transparency and integrity. Unfortunately, this experience has shown neither. I will not be purchasing from Superior Care again and strongly advise others to be cautious.
