Clear communication. Guide for installation and use sent via email was very well received. The Daisy pottery wheel is fabulous, very quiet and robust. Easy to use, great batt system and lovely free tools, and it was very well packagedand delivered. I'm very very pleased 😀

I would definitely recommend both Kilncrafts and the V46 kiln they supplied. Kilncrafts price was competitive and they kept me informed right up to the date of delivery. The kiln is easy to use, with a wide range of pre-programmed options for a novice like me.

Really good company to deal with and an excellent kiln. The Ikon V46 is a joy to use, easy enough for a beginner to use and adaptable enough for those with experience who want to experiment with firings. I have had successful bisque and glaze firings just tweaking the set programs. I used to do glass fusing and I broke a piece which I easily re fused in the set programs for glass. I am delighted with my V 46 kiln and just the right size for a hand builder who doesn’t mass produce.

Fantastic, friendly service and a decent price for the wheel. It was nice to be able to chat over the phone which was then followed up by emails.

Great at keeping me updated. Shannon was excellent at regularly letting me know what was happening with my kiln order. There was a delay in getting my kiln from the given lead time, but out of their hands AND Kilncare were also helpful and know they have been inundated with orders so was happy to wait! Kiln came and it is fantastic! loving being able to fire my own stuff :)
