Ordered a beautiful moses basket. Unfortunately it came with a stain. Unsure how it happened. Contacted kinder valley. They were happy to send replacement covers free of charge and was kind enough to send a changing mat as a gesture of good will. The lady was every so helpful and polite. Would definitely buy again and recommend as a seller.

My only critique would be your website is very buggy. The 10% off welcome discount popup keeps appearing, reset password didnt work, and at one point I couldn't complete the order as the website didn't let me type anything into the checkout page.

Avoid this company
Ordered item 10 days ago. Still not delivered. No order confirmation email but order was confirmed when I chased them. The order was then 'lost' but I was only informed when again I chased to find out where the order was. Payment was taken on receipt of the order but I am still yet to recieve it. Wouldn't reccomend this company.

Over the last couple of weeks our customers have experienced email confirmation not being received in their inboxes or being marked as spam. Our IT team has worked on this and we can confirm all issues have been resolved. We can only apologies for this matter!
With regards to the order placed, we can confirm that a replacement has been dispatched for you which has not yet been delivered. Our team is working hard with Evri to ensure all parcels are delivered with a timely manner but as we are approaching a busy festive season and Black Friday many parcels have a additional delay of 48 hours. As we were unable to provide a 24 hour shipping of another replacement a refund has now been processed for you.
