Unfortunately the wrong item was despatched, delivery was prompt however. Website a bit confusing and could be improved. The sales team have been very helpful and sorted things out and have responded to my emails very quickly, politely and efficiently.

Very happy with everything. The product didn't arrive on date given but got in touch and was answered straight away. Arrived a couple of days later, in tact and the delivery messages were excellent, no hanging around, spot on. Thank You.

The product is great and the fact they deliver to highland is fab too, the delivery company did have a few issues and delays but it got here eventually and in good condition.

Quick delivery, good product but must work on communication and order updates
I'd never shopped with Kinder valley before, but came across them after seeing a product on another company's website and chose to order directly. The item is great, good quality and value for money. The delivery was really speedy. This would have been a 5 star review and the reason it isn't is that there was next to no communication from the company re the order status. I got an order confirmation and then the next thing I heard was from the third party courier to say they were expecting the item. No dispatch confirmation from kinder valley at all (and having not ordered from them before I did the common-sense check of spam folders etc). I wouldn't be put off ordering again, especially due to the speed of the dispatch and delivery, but the overall customer experience needs work. It shouldn't be automated messages from a third party system providing the only order updates. If this is a known technical issue, then fair enough but should still be fixed.

Good value for money
The product is exactly as described. We had some difficulties setting up the stand as one of the holes was dislocated and therefore we ended up damaging it a bit.
Also, DPD took more time than expected to deliver the package, but we've been advised that they had our product so not actually the seller's fault.

An absolutely horrible experience…
An absolutely horrible experience dealing with this company. I bought off amazon a cot, it came to me damaged so I agreed w return with them. I sent it back under their own instructions with amazon in October. Two months later I was still fighting with them to issue a refund. They say that they dont use Hermes/Evri returns even though this was what was instructed to me via amazon, they said they never received the parcel back even though amazon have on record me posting it back to them and when I did speak to Kinder Valley, they hung up on me, ignored my calls and the biggest con of all is that their phone number is chargeable and they make money off you that way. Worst customer service experience I've ever had. Even amazon in the end gave me a refund from their own pockets because of how badly I was treated by this company.
Update - since the below reply - the seller on Amazon WAS kinder valley direct and NOT a third party. I will not contact Kinder Valley as they sent me an email prior to this asking me to not contact them direct again. Do not buy from this company
