Overall the experience was fine. I was puzzled when didn’t receive a confirmation of my order but emailed the company and they responded very promptly letting me know they received the order and when they posted it. I’m happy with the service I received.

Basket good...Stand no no...
Well I bought this for my daughter, who is due on 26/12/22....
Only opened it all up today (thinking better check it out)
The basket itself is beautiful but the stand! Omg the stand! Where do I start?? It is so flimsy! There's no way on earth my new grand child is going to be put in a moses basket on that stand!! (Wouldn't trust it!) Where some of the screws have gone in, the screws have split the wood!! Some other screws don't even tighten up on it, so not secure! It is so light weight, it is too flimsy! And so low!! Really disappointed with the stand!!
I'll keep it as we love the moses basket but the stand will not be used, never!
I will have to buy a new stand from somewhere else!!
**Edit** Kinder Valley sent me a new stand (an upgraded one) it is stronger than previous stand but I still can't get over how you have to build them yourself these days and at how low they are! Nothing like when I had one years ago for my own children but Kinder Valley were very good in dealing with the matter, so I'm grateful for that..

Originally purchased cot bed in Oct 2020 but base was poorly made or secured and glue and pins came apart requiring a replacement less than 2 years later. As it's a cot bed I would have expected it to last a little longer. Poor quality but ordering and delivery were fine.
