We booked a service on an almost 30 year old unit. Reece came along; called with an ETA in advance. Was polite, respectful, courteous and professional. Explained in detail and answered all our questions. He is due to come back to install a more modern unit. He arranged this during the visit. Very satisfied all round thus far.

Josh carried out the service filter professionally and efficiently. He was punctual, friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing. Transferred to Kinetico after my previous service provider Permutit could no longer be in business, some 3 years ago. All has been excellent, with great service on annual conveniently pre arranged appointments. Would give a big recommendation to Kinetico for their professional approach by competent technicians.

Reece arrived to service my softener today (monarch) polite and on time . first time it’s been serviced since installed by others 5 years ago . he was very informative and advised on an upgrade to our pipe work which i will have done by my own plumber .very satisfied with the service. Prices could be a bit more competitive
