Charlie fixed a leak in my kinetico water softener and also corrected the drainage which was misinstalled by my plumber. He was professional and extremely patient, explaining everything clearly and answering all my stupid questions. Absolute legend.

Had my water softener annual service today and Nathan was excellent. He tested the whole system and found an issue during the checks. He explained everything clearly, ordered the parts needed, and booked a follow-up appointment to get it fixed. Great service from start to finish. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for Nathan!

Booked a service for water filter. Very efficient, came when they said they would. Called in morning to confirm. Charlie was very pleasant & explained the problems very clearly and what our different options are. Would definitely recommend.

I wish I had used the company years ago when we initially had our Kinetico softener installed by another firm. From the initial call to setup the plan, to the engineer visit, 5stars+. Informed by text, email and a call on the morning about timings. Our engineer polite, professional and a fantastic job. Highly recommend.

A further visit resolved some issues we’d had, but throughout this we had very polite and friendly communications. They went out if their way to ensure we were kept informed and Jack and Reece couldn’t have been more helpful.

I have had my water softener for many years and have always been very satisfied with it. I have chosen to have occasional servicing. On the most recent occasion I had a phone conversation with Ellie in the office, who offered me a date within a week for the job. Dan the engineer arrived promptly on the day and carried out his work quickly and very efficiently. He was extremely pleasant, as well as informative, helpful and polite.
