Scammers! I should have read all the negative reviews first. If you win, they will not pay. I contacted the live support and he said to send them an email, which I did, but got no response. Now my pending withdrawal doesn’t even show up anymore.
Since this casino is located in the Philippines, I am going to file a complaint with PAGCOR (the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation.

Third and final review, after finally going through the verification process of proving my identity, address, bank statements, selfies, proof of card, government identification documents, license, utility’s, proof of debit card and the rest, ( after 3 weeks waiting for any kind of reply, and live chat assuring me I do not need to verify anything) they deemed me a scammer/fraud and deleted my account and took my winnings which was $25000!!! Seems like a common theme - lots of similar bad reviews on here. This website is taking advantage of people’s hope and preying on them! Careful guys, I would step away from this website, played few times and there start giving me phone calls on random times with random numbers. Same with the pay out. There take more than 2 weeks to progress the withdraw and than there telling you that some information are missing and you have to wait again for 2 weeks. Withdrawals problem
Withdrawing money is a huge problem. There is a daily withdrawal limit of $500. Withdrawing money takes 3 days. I once withdrew $500 and now I can't withdraw. The system gives a warning that the limit is exceeded. Customer service says they will take care of it but there is no response.
