It's definitely a scam. I've played for over a year. The games are completely manipulated. It should definitely be punished with a legal inspection and the money should be returned to the victims.

This site is a scam. Be very, very careful. I have been withdrawing for several days now but it has not been credited to my account yet. Every time I ask support, they say it is in the withdrawal process.

MY EMAIL IS NEWRJSINOZ AT GMAIL This is the third time I am requesting the permanent closure of my account under self-exclusion. Despite my previous requests, you have repeatedly failed to act and instead have continued to send me bonus offers, which is not only unacceptable but highly irresponsible.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Waiting 15 days for a withdrawal and their customer service just copy and paste responses from a script. Avoid this casino.

Kingmaker.com is nothing but a scam! I was playing Wolf Gold, betting $6.25 per spin, when I hit a full screen of wolves—a massive win! The spin had already finished, and the money was in the process of being added to my account when suddenly, the game flashed, turned itself off, and logged me out.

When I logged back in, the wolves were gone, and my balance never increased. This wasn’t a glitch or a crash—this was deliberate. Kingmaker.com clearly didn’t want to pay out, so they conveniently cut me off mid-win. I contacted support, but they just gave me excuse after excuse, refusing to take responsibility.

Scam of a site . I’ve emailed 4 times now requesting self exclude and my account to be closed and it’s still open. What do I have to do to get this done ???

I have played once there. Lost all, but thats normal in all online casinos. Then I have asked them to close my account. They "will" do it and then they send you almost everyday promotions etc and if you log in, you can. So they have close to none responsible gaming efforts. Of course they want your money. I will not give them any of mine anymore. Same with all other casinos in same owner. Avoid if possible.

This casino is a scam. I have now been waiting 8 days for my withdrawals to be approved. When chatting with customer support they say please be patient. I have 10.000 NOK pending for 8 days. This is unacceptable, they send loads of emails saying withdrawal is 1-3 days. I have sent emails and chatting with them every day. Same auto generated message: we apologize for the inconvenience and can assure you that the withdrawal will be sent as soon as possible. I will update if I get my money which I really doubt. I deposited 7000NOK so it's not like I won alot of money. I will never play on this site again. Nor should anyone else.

Update: after chatting with them everyday and sending 20 emails I finally received my money after 13 days. I do not recommend this site anyways. This is not how it's supposed to be

Its been more than 3 days and its credit card withdraval that should take like 15 minutes.. It works that way on every other site.. i think its a scam website not really sure.

Kingmaker.com where do i start i dont think ive ever been so angry then when talking to you pelicans its been 2 months since i won a jsckpot on your site of 5400 and i still havent received it, not one cent its been rejected and returned to my avcount 3 times my bank has written a letter to the casino stating they are not rejecting the payment but you keep insisting they are, so i figured out bitcoin wallets and attempted to withdraw to that only to find the verifaction requsts for the countless documents you require, as if my drivers lic and bank details dorsnt show them who i am.

They ask for EVERYTHING they went as far as asking for a justice of the peace signed statement from a family member confirming that i work full time and that they can confirm i am Deanna. Its mind blowing to what lengeth theyll go not to pay out, your site is pathetic and if you didnt operate out of some 2bit country id sue you.

I am so angry. I have been waitig for my withdrawel since 18 December of 2024. It has been to long to wait...
Update: My withdrawel finaly got paid to my acount. I am glad it worked out, but it was a too long wait. I hope my next withdrawel goes faster.
