Kingmaker is a joke every time you try to use a promotional bonus it does not work so have to go to live chat every time last week 1 1/2 hours for them to tell me the bonus had expired and was kicked from the chat queue three times had to go back to #80 or so and start again . Today I used the new year bonus which is valid for 5 uses in 24 hours. It actually worked for the first deposit lost that money made another deposit no bonus added it’s says it will happen automatically back to live chat kicked from the queue three times already spoke to the man told me was going to be over an hour for an answer I mean wtf been two hours no answer kicked from queue twice again I’m over them closing my account .. update after dealing with four different people in chat and some fifteen hours later they managed to sort it out . 15 hours 😳. Every now and then this type of thing has happened to me at other casinos so I contact chat they usually say just give me a minute to check that and within five minutes they are back and usually say I have manually added that on for you enjoy 5 mins not fifteen hours it was like they were trying to make me give up on the bonus or run it out of time only valid for 24 hours . Proceeded to get reamed by the pokies for the next half hour and immediately contacted support to close my account

5 business days later & still no processing of withdrawal
Put through x3 max withdrawals early morning on Thursday 21/11
It’s now the 28/11 and nothing has been processed.. this has been 5 full business days yet nothing???
Emailed support and live chat and I get told the same thing everytime have a little bit more patience.
However it clearly says 3 days
They aren’t willing to chase it up as it isn’t in their own department?
More support needed, will update if/when paid out….

I am going to keep writing down that I am not getting my funds and it been 4th day.
I already e mailed complaint dept, twice now. This isn't looking good. Other casino I got took them two days whilst this still ongoing and it hasn't deposit my winning money in account.

I am very disappointed.In their terms i read that a withdrawal request takes 1-3 working days to completed.I have made a withdrawal request 12 days ago and till now nothing happens.I spoke with live chat everyday i explain that i have health issues and they told me the same thing to be patient.I m starting to think that i will not get my withdrawal.Although the casino is very good with thousands options to play slots and good offers .I hope that i will get my withdrawal but at this time the delay is too much.

Avoid at all costs - save yourself money

I would give 0 stars if I could.
After winning thousands I reported gambling struggles. They offered me the following - close my account and refund my last deposit and they take all the winnings. This is their attempt at up holding safe gambling on their site. The account was currently several thousands up. They refused to put a block to stop me gambling further. They did this to promote unsafe gambling as that's what they want. They then closed my account and have taken the money on there. They also cancelled the pending withdrawal once the account was closed and will likely take this money from the account to keep.
Kingmaker and KNGpartners are crooks - I'm reporting them all to the relevant government sites and to their licence holder. They should not being operating. They are promoting GamCare on their site. A British website and institution that they are not registered with nor are they legally allowed to operate in the U.K.
They operate illegally in several countries and promote that they can take customers from countries they're legally not allowed to operate in. The get out clause they have is their dystopian T&C's which state it's the users responsibility to not have gambling issues or to check the legality of gambling in their countries.
I have now started the process of recouping the deposits and funds back through my bank in a chargeback procedure.
They limit and restrict withdrawals. They delay pay outs all in an attempt to not pay winnings. They have a director based in Melbourne, Australia who I will be reporting to local police and government sites.
DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

Tried to access Microgaming games…
Tried to access Microgaming games several times kept getting an error message . Customer support said use chrome ( I was) clear cache and cookies ( I did) and that was it. Have given up .
I contacted customer support who told me “ the site I am trying to access is not available in Australia” but the casino however allowed me to join and play in Australian dollars! I have no idea what is meant by “another site” it’s normally all the same I have never experienced this and I have been playing online for ten years or more .

Well, my story is as follows. At the beginning of August I opened an account at this particular casino. I made a deposit without asking for any document or anything else. The deposit was in the order of 30 euro. I gambled that money and lost it. The first deposit was made with Skrill.Then I made a second deposit, this time with Revolut Because in skrill I don't had money in my account.Again they didn't ask for any document or anything else. So I started playing with this money and in the end I won about 7000 euros. When I had reached about 2000 euros I requested a withdrawal 1000 euros.They immediately asked me for identification. I sent them all the necessary documents they asked for. They asked me for transactions from a card that I loaded Revolut Card. This card belongs to a Greek bank and had not been used for a deposit in their casino.However they requested account transactions for this card. I sent them the transactions from this card and they did not accept it. I asked the bank to issue me a certificate, which I sent them again they didn't accept her. Finally we reached October and I realized that I will never get the money I won because they are scammers.So I closed my account in this casino. I also closed the accounts in other casinos of the same group. AVOID THIS CASINO. THEY ARE SCAMMERS
Update:After the response to the review from the company I have to state the following. NO I will not contact you because I have done it repeatedly through live chat and through mail but never I did not get a satisfactory answer explaining why you did not proceed with the identification of my account.Now as I have explained above I have closed my account playing these 7000 euros and losing as expected.Also the account was closed with 2000 coins from the turnover I had made which corresponds to approximately 800 euros. AND OF COURSE I INSIST THAT NO ONE SHOULD TRUST YOU AND PLAY THEIR MONEY IN YOUR COMPANY
