The telephone interview was very thorough and the lady conducting the interview was very compassionate and understanding of my husband's limitations .
An amazing service
I have used Kinly for both my Attendance Allowance and Blue Badge applications. The process was smooth and painless. Each application took about an hour on the telephone. The result was nothing short of amazing. The AA was approved within a week, and the BB was approved the same day it had been submitted. This is a crucial service for the elderly as a way to deal with governmental bureaucracy and I can't recommend them enough.

Applied on line and received my call the following day. Spent twenty minutes talking to a very pleasant lady, then two days later,the form arrived.Simply signed it and posted it in the pre addressed envelope.
Three weeks later I was told by DWP that my claim was successful. First class service, Quick and painless.

Excellent service so glad I chose Kinly to help with my AA application. Tessa was brilliant, filled in application on Friday over the phone, DWP received it on Monday and my claim was accepted and paid three weeks later which was back payment from the time they received the application. The end result was perfect. I received all of the attendance allowance, due mostly to a lovely lady called Lesley. She asked all the salient questions and in turn gave the appropriate answers. It's a good service but I felt the rest of the team could do with communicating with each other more

My consultant (Helan), was so professional, while also being approachable. I found the interview very friendly, and comfortable.
On receiving my completed application, I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of important details she picked up on, leading to a successful application.
I applied for AA for my husband a year…
I applied for AA for my husband a year ago. He was turned down. The form is lengthy. This year quite by accident I saw Kinly’s advert and called them. They were excellent, they carefully went through my husband’s health conditions and how they impact his ability to carry out normal day to day needs.
My husband now receives AA at the higher rate and this will be a huge help to us.
I recommend if you think you might be entitled to AA speak to this company. If your claim is successful you will have to pay a one off fee to Kinly. I feel the fee is very reasonable and you will have a better chance that your claim is accepted with the application form filled in in a clear and succinct way. Kinly know how to do this correctly. Great service, kind helpful staff and application accepted
