They cancelled my flight from Munich to Brussels, and have not replied to my mail requesting a change in flight. When I call nobody can help me because I don't speak German well, and nobody speaks English enough to assist.

My experience with kiss$fly is the worst you can imagine, I had a wedding to attend to i bought a ticket from them,when actually the flight was supposed to be at 6.20 am they sold me a ticket for 7.30, when I get to the airport only for Iberia airline to tell me there is no flights for 7.30 and that they dont know why I get such timing from. I tried to reach kiss$fly all the can do is argue and tell me the airline didn't inform them about changes. It's like this agency is running a scam cartel. We need to put a stop to this. It cost me close to 500 euro just to fly with Lufthansa to attend to the wedding. Now I have asked for my refund, they are playing games..I am planning on making videos with all their responses and voice notes from their call centers the ladies are so rude and very conning. I want my refund ASAP.

First they provided me with the wrong ticket number (PNR) so I couldn’t check in online. After the flight was cancelled by the airline they took over a month and many emails back and forth to get a refund. Customer service is grossly understaffed and tell you something different every time you’re lucky enough to reach them. Don’t be tempted by their cheap offers, avoid.

Booking and paying for a Lufthansa flight through KissandFly was very frustrating. The ticket download did not work, the reference numbers provided were not usable with Lufthansa, and the website is confusing. Customer service could not provide the correct Lufthansa booking reference. It took hours to resolve, only finally solved through the Lufthansa hotline. At the airport, simply presenting the ID card was enough. Much effort for a simple booking – not recommended.

I have a flight tomorrow to Brussels from Munich. I need to be there for a Business reasons. They write that, I receive a ticket within 24h of Payment confirmation. That KPI is already broken. After repeatedly calling to Customer service I am not receiving any helpful anwer. I just get response that they are waiting for the side from Lufthansa, as Lufthansa is intentionally holding their booking.
I am in anxiety and in this phase I do not even know what shall I do.

I made a typo today when booking with Kiss&Fly – October instead of November – on a flight that cost €640. At first, I was stuck in a very long waiting queue with customer support, which was frustrating. But once connected, I was lucky to be assisted by a very helpful, humorous, and competent support agent. He guided me through the process and promised that my issue will be resolved within the next 24 hours.
There are many travel booking apps that can make you despair, but the treatment I received here really stands out. Special thanks to Marion Keller – I hope Kiss&Fly is as good as you are!

I booked a flight with KaF as they were about 30% cheaper that other hits on Google Flights. Their web site and payment routines were flawless as was their comfirmations. However, after some hours they returned with a mail stating that the airline (Finnair) no longer had any flights at the offered price and that I currently had no reservation. They would reverse my credit card paymen, which they also did within an hour. They also offered to rebook my original reservation at a new, higher price. As this was still a bit cheaper than the airline's price, I chose to do so. Only hope it works this time - I'm flying to attend a funeral. Was this a low-price scam - catch the custormer with a non-existing low price and when he has commited himself charge a higher one with a plausible excuse?
Addendum: The new reservation at a 50% higher price worked OK and the tickets were supplied within some hours. KaF also asked for some additional information, but without explaining how it could be supplied confidentially (TrustPilot handled that). All in all, a lot of hassle and heartache at very little gain.
KaF's reply was rapid and courteous, but avoids the central fact: That their information regarding price and availablity of seats on a certain Finnair flight was inaccurate and misleading, presumably by not having been updated frequently enough. That is a risk you run as a consumer the more parties that are introduced in your purchase chain. Therefore, I stand with my header.

Massice scam. Bought tickets, and the day of check in, the airline never recognised the booking. Kissandfly never assumed responsability and did not remburse.
Avoid at all costs and don't fall for their cheap prices because, in the end, i guarantee it will be way more expensive

This company has been extremely unprofessional and dishonest in handling my refund. My experience has been nothing short of frustrating, and I now genuinely feel like I’m being scammed.
Here’s my situation:
I had two flights booked with them.
• The first one was cancelled due to a visa rejection. I applied for a refund, and after some back and forth, I received it.
• The second flight, scheduled for 29th June, was cancelled by the airline — and I even received a cancellation email from this company themselves, confirming that the flight had been cancelled by the airline.
Despite this clear confirmation, I still haven’t received a refund. What’s worse, their platform doesn’t even show the option to apply for a refund for this cancelled flight. I’ve attached screenshots, sent multiple emails, and contacted their support team several times — but all I get are copy-paste excuses with no actual solution.
Let me ask this:
If the company confirms that the flight was cancelled by the airline, why am I the one chasing them for weeks to get a refund?
Shouldn’t they process it automatically? This behavior seems completely unfair and deceptive.
They continue to delay, ignore, and make false promises, while holding onto money for a flight they themselves acknowledged was cancelled by the airline. I am extremely disappointed and fed up.
If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will take legal action for the unjustified withholding of my refund.
My honest advice to anyone reading this: Avoid this company at all costs. If anything goes wrong, you’re on your own. Even when flights are cancelled, they keep your money. That’s not just bad service — it’s borderline fraud.

They should be called kiss and cry because you won't fly anywhere with them!
Cancelation of the flight with very dubious reasons even though exactly the same flight is still available on their page. Customer service is using scamy negotiation strategies with the lady even stating "I'll not say anything anymore until you have accepted our (frankly unacceptable) counteroffer". Never had so many issues when booking a flight! Keep your fingers off of them if you really want to get to your destination on time!

Bought and paid for flight ticket. After we organized the trip and booked the hotel and train tickets based on it, they sent an e-mail stating they accepted our cancellation request (we made no such request) and would refund sometime in the future (still waiting). They basically sell fake tickets, take your money, and then (after you book your holidays) cancel your fake tickets and make you wait indefinitely for a refund.
Update (07/08/2025): I received the refund.

Avoid Kiss and Fly at all costs. I purchased a ticket through their platform for a supposed Lufthansa flight from Naples to Frankfurt on Monday, July 14th at 6:00 AM. They sent me a PNR code that doesn’t exist in Lufthansa’s system — completely invalid. When I contacted their customer service, they gave me a bizarre explanation: it’s a “charter flight” operated by Lufthansa and I can only check in on the day of departure. That alone raised red flags.
To be absolutely sure, I contacted Lufthansa directly. Their response was crystal clear: they are not operating any charter flights on that date or route. They never had such a flight planned, and they advised me to dispute the charge because no actual service was sold.
In other words, Kiss and Fly sold me a ticket for a flight that doesn’t exist. I gave them a clear deadline — provide a valid booking code by Sunday, July 6th, or I’ll dispute the charge with my credit card company and report the situation as fraud. This isn’t just poor service — this is a blatant scam.
Be warned: Kiss and Fly is not a trustworthy company. They’re taking people’s money for phantom flights and hiding behind weak excuses. Don’t fall for It

Kissandfly.de sold me a ticket for a flight operated by EnterAir. After seeing negative comments about kissandfly.de, I contacted EnterAir directly to confirm the ticket. What they said? They have no collaboration with kissandfly.de. EnterAir name is illegally used and the sitation is reported to the police!!!
After I mentioned this to kissandfly.de, asking for refund, they said they will look into this and get back to me as soon as possible. It has been three days, and no info received!!!
Please note that skyscanner marks this company as "Recommended provider"...
Update on 6/7/25: First of all, I received a full refund. They were very attentive in the last few days. Thank you.
About the problem, the ticket they "issued" is a kind of possibility of a seat, not a real one. Depending on the charter flight seat availability, kissandfly (or their collaborator) can issue a real ticket, and this is often cleared out in the last one day or two (and this possibility is not clearly explained in the "ticket", they refer to changes by the airline etc, or you get that impression when you read the rules). They claim they would refund the double amount or provide alternative tickets in case they cannot provide the one I paid for. however, this is not helping with anything as such last minute arrangement would ruin all other plans made like hotel, rental car etc in the final destination.
So, the lessons learned is that booking a charter flight with kissandfly means taking a big risk. Keep that in mind.
If I misinterpreted something, hope they can clarify here.
Lastly about skyscanner, I also contacted them. They (Rob) were very very attentive, explained their policy etc, and followed the situation very closely until I get the full refund. Many thanks.
