Kissandfly tricks you when it comes to laguagge. It tells you that you are allowed a big handluggage and then in the end it is only the small one you are allowed to take anyway.

They send me an email that literally stated 'your flight has been booked'. Only to send me TWO DAYS LATER another email stating 'your order was not confirmed', because 'all tickets at this rate are sold out'. -- We all know - and avoid - those websites with cheap offers that tell you, after a long login and booking procedure, that tickets at that great price have sold out, unfortunately. But another ticket (at a much higher rate) is still no more than one click away. BUT TWO DAYS LATER? That was a new one on me... (I'm leaving for my destination tomorrow. You can probably guess why I'm rather unhappy.)
Edit: Thank you, Kissandfly.de, for responding to my Trustpilot comment. It's good to hear that it's not malicious intent, but rather suboptimal IT design on your end. However, as a customer, it makes no difference to me. I now understand why your ratings are so far from "5/5" and will continue to choose your competitors in future.

O booked a flight on Kiss and Fly, and never got the ticket. The updates on my situation are: my flight was cancelled, with the excuse that there were no available seats. On top of that, I didn’t get a single cent back from the amount I paid for the flight.
Don’t trust this company and don’t book flights here. Cheap ends up being expensive — and a scam? Even more so. This site is nothing but a fraud.

I have been waiting for my ticket to arrive and reach me for about 50 hours and they still haven't issued my ticket. Customer services do not communicate properly and are not helpful. They do not cancel or give me my ticket.

Booked 2 tickets from Lima to bogota. 2 times 23 kg bagage should have been included. At the airport, we were told that it was not included. We had to pay 99 dollars each person to book the luggage there. I got in touch with the customer service and they tell me they only refund the money of the luggage from their booking which was not even 100 dollars in total. They should have informed us in advance, then we would cancel the whole ticket and book with another operator. Really the worst company I ever met. Now we have to pay 100 dollars extra…

Hands off this booking portal. Highly unprofessional.
I booked a flight and had it confirmed over the phone twice. Five days later they sent me an email that price could not be confirmed and they had to terminate the booking.
I am still waiting for the money to arrive back on my account. Costs for flights increased in the meantime.
Highly unprofessional way of dealing with bookings. I strongly advise to use alternative platforms kilssandfly are not a reliable/trustworthy service provider.

Don't book with them! Our flight was cancelled and since 8 months No refund. We Had to pay everything ourselves and are currently going to.court against them to get our Money Back!
To comment in their answer below:
1) The Airline British Airways told us that in the past 8(!!) months kiss& fly did not even contact them for our refund and
2) The biggest thing in my eyes: After 8 months, they in the end gave us a legally wrong answer that we have to claim our refund directly with the airline. I had to insist on our European Passenger Rights and how the Standard process works...
3) Email instead of complaint: there are 58 E-Mails to kiss& fly from our side since September 9,.2024 (!!) with No result.

This company is using different names and is using price comparation in momondo or skyscanner which is misleading customers by putting lower price for particular schedule and later offering another much cheaper schedule. I reported company starting with Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical regulatory office. THIS SCAM IS AGAINST EU LAW. MISLEADING OF CUSTOMER WITH PRICE IS NOT LEGAL. ITS SIMPLE OFFENCE AND SUCH ACTIVITIES MUST BE REPORTED. COMPANY HAS TO ISSUE ORIGINALLY BOOKED FLIGHT AND COVER PRICE DIFFERENT IF ANY. THEIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE AGAINST LAW. They have one office in Tallinn, Estonia which is used as coworking space by company Magnat coworking at Joe street Tallinn.
Scam is as follow. Company is using pages like momondo or skyscanner and offering much cheaper prices.
Later they cancel booking or offering different schedule which is of course cheaper for them.
It happen to me twice during same day. Once through kissandfly.it and another through tickets.ee. One was Air Tanzania and another Aerolineas Argentinas. Both paid. First one got cancelled and yes they refunded money but this is still illegal they cannot just cancel without your consent.
Second offered another schedule.
Knowing my rights I know they have to offer me tickets as schedule and price I paid and whatever their T&C says about its against EU and Estonian law.

According EU law everyone have right to get what has been paid for. In case they cancel providing some unreasonable explanations thats a nonsense and they have to cover your cost of new ticket in case they deny to issue what has been paid for. They use Amadeus or Sabre booking system. So once you pay they have to immediately issue ticket based on what have been booked. In contrary its also against IATA rules.
I will report them myself , as I live in Estonia and can do it online.
In case you live in another EU countries you can contact EU consumer center and they will do things in your behalf. Company info is link I attached.
All positive opinions here are made by them through different accounts. Such is shame that trustpilot is not checking it. Most of their opinions are negative. Only positive opinions is made by them by using different accounts by people which does exist. After every negative opinions they make up 5 positive. which give them trust. All positive opinions comes by non registered users.

Like many others here, I also got scammed. I booked a flight from London Heathrow (LHR) to Munich (MUC) through this agency because they offered the cheapest option on Skyscanner. I selected a 17:00 flight, received a confirmation email, and was told that the booking details would follow shortly.
However, the next day they informed me that I was no longer on that flight—without giving any reason. Instead, they offered to rebook me on a flight 2.5 hours later for the same price. I knew this later flight was actually cheaper, so that offer felt dishonest. They pressured me to confirm the change immediately if I wanted to keep the booking.
Since I urgently needed to be in Munich the next day, I agreed. But the full confirmation for the new flight didn’t arrive until less than 24 hours before departure, which caused a lot of unnecessary stress.
Customer service was unreachable by phone the entire time. I was left in the dark, unsure whether I even had a seat booked until the very last moment.
I work in the travel industry myself, and I can confidently say that this level of service is highly unprofessional.
Avoid this company at all costs!

They give you cheap prices and let you wait for days until they tell you they can‘t give you this flight but another one without additional charges.
These alternatives are quite bad and were cheaper than what you have paid for.
Strange that skyscanner works with such terrible partners.

By far my worst experience in 20+ years of flying. I booked a flight from Coron to Manila, passenger fee and an extra bag (checked-in luggage), I paid and the conformation came hours later. Evening before my flight I get an email that said ''Additional services are not available for your booking. The amount will be refunded.'' No further explanation what was wrong, no alternative, no nothing. I started frantically searching for a new ticket, found one with Kissandfly departing couple of hours later the same day but for a double price. Since I had a flight back to Europe a day after arrival in Manila I had no other choice. With this other flight there were no complications.
It is beyond my imagination how can a company confirm passenger fee and the bags and then hours before the flight say bags (''additional service'' in their mail) will not be accepted. What kind of policy does an airline company have (as far as booking is concirned) it's a matter of an online agency and they should deal with it. As a service provider who takes money for their service a responsibility can not be shifted to the customer's shoulders! Basically they said ''you can fly to Manila but without your bag. How you deal with it it's not our matter.'' One of employees wrote in an email ''read the airline policy'' which is always an excuse that comes in handy. This was basically a CANCELLATION of the flight becouse BOTH services (passenger and a bag) were paid and CONFIRMED. Obviously they wrote I have no right to get a refund becouse ''your seat was not cancelled.'' How would a bag come alone after me to Europe is unimaginable. Needless to say that baggage fee wasn't refunded either. Dissapointed with Kissandfly and with their treatment of the customers. They ask for money, then you have to wait for conformation, then you get it, then half of your paid service is cancelled. This way of doing business is disgraceful and shameful.

My mum was helping her friend book a flight to Thailand, they should have paid £520 they took the payment, but then took another further 2 payments one of £500 and something then another £600 and something, then setup a direct monthly payment of £512 per month, mums been on phone over an hour to bank to try and get her money back, they said if you put this onetime passcode in we’ll give you a refund, it was for more money out of her bank!! she’s had to cancel her bank card and get a new one DO NOT USE THESE

I had a wonderful experience with customer service. My contact person was Ms.Sofiia Melnyk. Her response was very quick about the issues I presented to her and she helped a lot with full transparency providing all the information and at the end my issue was resolved with 30mins. Also during booking, for a small extra charge one can add/subtract the services they want e.g. adding extra luggague, flexible ticket, airport information etc. 10/10 so far. Wonderful job Ms.Sofiia Melnyk and kiss&fly.

I bought an aeroplane ticket from them on 14.4.2025. Everything went fast, with hidden refund policies and everything. Because the event I wanted to attend was cancelled on the dates I would need to travel, I asked for a refund, and I got an answer that these tickets, according to airline policy, are non-refundable. I didn't see that information before or during the booking process. Do not recommend buying from Kissandfly!
There is an opportunity to change or refund because the flight starts from the EU. Otherwise, you can refund and sell flights to other users. Airport service fees are paid separately from the ticket, and you can return at least them. And if I want to use the ticket, will you cancel an hour before the flight, like you did to many other users.
