To start off with the dresses that I…ordered are beautiful but sretirnnpolicy is unacceptable

To start off with the dresses that I ordered are absolutely beautiful but I did order the same dress in two colors for my daughter’s senior prom . She did pick the one she liked so I emailed to return the second one and got a reply email saying that they would only refund 20percent . Which I also paid the next day delivery charge of over 65.00 mind yu the dress was a 400.00 dress so 20 percent is only 80.00 so if I return the dress that took 3 weeks to arrive they would be getting free dress back this is bad business the dress was never worn still tags and have had it 24 hrs . Very sad 800.00 in dresses . Especially when ordering there is no return policy at check out they send to you after you receive the dress . Dress quality is great but we don’t need two dresses . Maybe my fault for ordering two but also they are not clear on return policy .

Exceptional Customer Servie

The customer service I have experienced has been above and beyond anything I have experienced in a long time.
However, the representative I spoke with, catching one digit in a zip code and personally reaching out to confirm and assisting in correcting; I am beyond impressed! My daughter would have been so incredibly sad had her dress gone astray when prom is only 28 days away. In addition the dress arrived 2 days earlier than expected!

No customer service- do they exist?

I ordered a dress with an expected ship time of within 7 days. Over a month later, I made several attempts to check on the order's progress but received no response. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company- and then the dress finally arrived. I did not receive it in time for the event, so I needed to return it. I had to pay a restocking fee. According to FedEx, the dress was signed for at the shop over 2 weeks ago, but I have yet to receive a refund. The worst customer service I have encountered to date. I guess I am just hoping I get a refund since I can't get a response or update at all from the company.

Do NOT buy from here

This has been the worst company I've ever dealt with. Started when I ordered 3 dresses that claimed they'd be shipped within 24 hours....It didn't get shipped until almost 7 days later, and I received no response from customer service. Then I went to return 2 dresses and initiated the online return, it took 2 days for that to be "approved" and send me a label. Stated I'd receive a refund and the amount. Well, about 10 days after confirmation the dresses were shipped back and numerous messages to customer service they state I'm only getting a store credit because they weren't back within 21 days....however, if they hadn't made me wait 2 days for my shipping label we wouldn't be in the mess. They probably did it on purpose. And I also don't see where I have "store credit" either.

Great experience!

The folks at KissProm are great! The ordering process was easy, the tracking app is convenient, and the email support was AMAZING!

We ordered a size 18 dress near the end of March and got it right about 4 weeks later. I had to reach out to support and the gal I talked to was quick to reply and never made me feel like I was a bother (especially since it’s peak Prom season).

Then, cherry on top, we got the dress and it fit my daughter perfectly! She was blown away by how good it looked and how well it fit.

Would give these folks a 10 if I could. Thank you for making Prom a little less stressful!

A beautiful dress and excellent customer service

My daughter actually came across the KissProm website. When she decided on the dress, we placed the order and immediately got an email response confirming our order and requesting her measurements. We are grateful that they asked for her measurements because they were able to confirm the correct size for her. The communication between myself and Ellen at KissProm has been prompt and she has answered every question I threw at her. I was so grateful for her customer service and for everyone at KissProm that had a hand in making this dress possible. We had to expedite the dress which was easy and we were given tracking information all the way to when the dress was delivered. Once we receive the dress, we removed it from the package and saw that it did not need steaming. My daughter left for the prom a couple hours ago looking absolutely stunning in the dress. The dress fits perfectly. We are very grateful for the quality and fit of the dress and especially the customer service we received.

It is ridiculous that there is one…

It is ridiculous that there is one cashier managing all questions, returns and check out in prom season. Over an hour in the checkout line. Dirty dresses lying everywhere. Poorly managed!

KissProm (Don't pay extra for shipping)

I paid an extra 50 dollars for two day shipping. The dress didn't come. It was over 2 weeks late. When I called they asked when I needed it by. The dress came the night before the dance and it didn't even fit. They won't let me return it for the full amount. They didn't and won't refund the express two day fee. I would read all the reviews before ordering and know what you are getting into.

Disappointed.

I ordered a dress on April 2nd that I need for May 2nd. I have been waiting patiently for it to arrive. Here it is, April 23rd and it still has not even been shipped out. I cannot get in contact with anyone. No one will answer the phone nor email me back. I had to file a fraud claim to get my money back. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this website.

Dress quality was perfect

Dress quality was perfect. I loved every bit of it. Measurements on website are on point. They are ever easy to work with. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better dress for prom. I love it. Color was bright just like the picture. Words can’t describe how thankful I am. One thing to consider is it order your dress at least a month in advance, time was cutting short for me (arrived the night before but fit like a glove). Perfect website to order a dress for a special occasion. Thank you!
