I was worried about getting my…

I was worried about getting my daughter's wedding dress in time for her wedding. Kardel assured me the dress was on it's way when I contacted the service department. The dress has arrived, and looks absolutely beautiful on my daughter. I am excited for the wedding! Thank you Kissprom and Kardel!

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. i ordered 2 dresses for my daughter totaling $358.80. I got a refund for $251.24. My daughter didn't wear either dress. I emailed the company 2 weeks ago about not getting the proper refund and haven't gotten a response back yet. i emailed them again and still haven’t heard from them.
I will not give up. This is freud.

Kate at KissProm - great experience & beautiful prom dress

Kate at KissProm made sure my daughter’s original dress purchase and return, store credit issued, and the subsequent dress she then ordered were all tracked, communicated to me, and shipped to her early for her prom. These dresses are beautifully sewn, look and fit exactly the size ordered, and are then created after ordering, yet the lead time still was expedited as much as possible by Kate at KissProm customer service for us during this rather long dress return and production so my senior could get her perfect dress style in plenty of time for pre-prom shoes, jewelry & hairstyle choices. At first it made me feel really nervous knowing how long it could take, but Kate took care to follow up with me by email very quickly when I needed reassurance or guidance on how to do a return and new purchase, and everything worked out perfectly as she had said. Beautiful gown with gorgeous details, smooth return and new gown production and shipment: can’t say enough that KissProm and especially Kate in service delivered a fantastic customer experience and quality prom gown. Thank you, Kate at KissProm, for professional and courteous assistance the whole way.

If I could give them a negative five (-5), I would. We purchased a dress months ago & ordered express shipping (they guaranteed the dress by April 9th-11th) & the dress has YET to ship. I have been communicating with them through email for DAYS now & all they can say is that they’ve escalated it with their team.

What they don’t tell you is that if you’re not a size 2, they have to have the order made & that is essentially impossible if you don’t order it LAST YEAR. Not only is it fatphobic but it’s super misleading to put a notice that says “hey, if you express ship it, we’ll get it to you”.

This is the worst experience. And I’ve requested a refund multiple times in the email chain & they are ignoring that part of my email. Both Melody R & Kandice N are ignoring my request for a refund since the dress hasn’t shipped yet & her prom is next Saturday.

This experience has been awful & it’s really disappointing. We will be moving this up the chain to report them to the Better Business Bureau for misleading practices, the Attorney General & FTC.

Frustrated and Disappointed

Extremely frustrated with the entire experience! My daughter’s senior prom is weeks away, after going to the store twice, standing in line for over an hour to try on dresses, order the dress online - and there is ZERO communication. I’ve called 50+ times over the week (they finally blocked my number so my calls wouldn’t go through anymore- instead of just answering me), emailed and chatted on the website with NO answers. My daughter had to drive an hour (for the 3rd time) to be told they didn’t have the dress and it would need to be made so it wouldn’t arrive in time. So now we are waiting for a refund and scrambling to find a dress weeks before her senior prom.

So I have complaints about the horrible customer service and return process …

So I have no complaints about the dresses. The dresses where beautiful and I feel they were sized appropriately. I even received my dresses on time because I got them in stock. The size i needed was already avaliable so it really did not take long. It came in earlier then I thought.

HOWEVER, the issue is the horrible customer service and the return process. I was told eventually I had free returns based on the dress i picked although originally I had to contact them because I was under the impression I would be paying like 30 percent from what the website said. Which was a no no. I would have just kept the dresses.

I return them simply because they were to small. But yes they were quality and pretty.

So I returned my 2 dresses that was too small. I followed the instructions and it was easy. After the carrier said it was delivered I waited at least 2 weeks to contact them about my refund. They said it was still being processed. I let it go. Do you know about 5 to 6 weeks after being delivered still no money back.

I told them if they would not reply and give me my refund im contacting the BBB.

I am happy to say after 5 to 6 weeks and multiple angry messages. I received my money. Just minus 30 something for shipping. I was find with it.

I will not be shopping with them again.

Come with a couple of ideas on dresses you want from the website.

We had a lovely experience shopping for senior prom dresses. Joey was wonderful, sweet and patient. We came out to the store two days in a row and on both occasions she was very helpful. I will definitely come back when the times comes for my other two daughters.
