Kitty Angels are a lovely team of folks who love our cats as much as we do - whilst away we feel like the cats are in safe hands.
Apart from feeding, litter tray admin and some play, they provide really funny daily updates we’ve come to look forward to, and lots of photos too. Real peace of mind while we are away, and our cats have learnt to trust them like real friends - one of ours, Olive has taken a real shine to lovely Steph!
I would ( and often do) recommend Kitty Angels without hesitation!

Kitty Angels are amazing. Sarah who has looked after Mabel several times, goes above and beyond with her care and kindness. Can't recommend KA enough. This is by far the best way of us going away knowing that Mabel is looked after at home and with so much attention 😻

Kate is wonderful. She gives me an update daily and sends plenty of photos.
I know my cats are in good hands, and I feel reassured that any concerns would be dealt with responsibly.

We have used Kitty Angels twice now and both times they've been excellent. The use of a whatsapp group means that we find it easy to track all communications we have with the different Angels. It is also great to receive photos and a summary of each visit; this means we always know how our cats are doing and that they're in good hands. Before the first visit we had a comprehensive call to discuss the cats, their habits, feeding and toys. It made me feel really confident going into the first visit that they would be well looked after. The cats have been very happy on our return, and we can tell they have had a lovely time, both with the Kitty Angels, and the fact that they get to stay in their own home rather than go to a cattery. Highly recommend!

We have recently returned home from a 5 night break and cannot recommend kitty angels enough!
Every day we had our update through with pictures which was really lovely! Our cats were so much more content being in their own home and I had full trust in Ellie and the team! They even put our bins out for us and took parcels in!
We will absolutely be using them again!

I've been using Kitty Angels (Edgbaston) regularly for a few years and never looked back. They are reliable, very likable, customer-focussed and - for the cats - fun! Nothing is too much trouble, as evidenced by meeting my (frequent!) short notice needs. I never worry when away; the cats have always been super happy and the daily messages/updates/pictures are a joy.

Everything was spot on for Freddie. He got lots of fuss and great play too. Freddie loves his holidays he's just disappointed that it's not more often

Kitty Angels staff has taken great care of my boy. They kept in touch every day and updated me on everything. They communicated with us very well. My cat loved them. They also kept my house clean. Food and drink was always fresh for my boy.

Ive been using Kitty Angels for the past 14 years and I dont know what I would have done without them. All of the girls are wonderful. So caring and loving towards myself and my cat "Peppa" . The service they provide is second to none. Extremely trustworthy and nothing is to much trouble.
I would highly recommend Kitty Angels to anyone who needs their Cat fed, watered, fussed and loved when you are away.
The Angels always send me pictures and videos of Peppa, so that I always know that she is happy and contented.

Kitty Angels are professional, thorough and extremely caring. They kept me informed during every visit - about how my cat was doing, up dating me about food, litter and water and sent lots of photos. They persevered with her in a very caring and understanding way (as she can be shy). We came home to a very contented and happy cat. I would highly recommend Kitty Angels.

We have used Kitty Angels to look after our cats for many years. The service is fantastic. They are reliable and provide regular updates while we are away. They take great care to meet the needs of the cats in their care. They always provide a 5 star service.

Was sceptical about someone I didn't know cat sitting, but Sophie was fantastic, plenty of communication(vids and pics) and made leaving my fur baby so much easier, would definitely recommend kitty angels to anyone looking for a cat sitter. Will definitely use there services again in the future....... 10/10

Excellent cat sitting service in Birmingham. A very personal and professional service, run by cat lovers. Our cat Tosca loves his visits from the local Kitty Angel as gets lots of fuss and attention, alongside being fed. And I can relax as they I get updates and photos after each visit. They ate all DBS checked and insured. It’s my first time using cat sitters and I am was worried about it at first, but not now. It’s just like having a friend pop in!

Very pleased with the service from Kitty Angels. My two cats and fish are well cared for with Kitty Angels. Gives me peace of mind whilst away knowing they are fed and taken care of daily in their own home. No stress now with having to take my cats to boarding. My cats are both happier. I trust Kitty Angels completely.

We have used Kitty Angels for over 2 years now and we always feel confident going away knowing that they will take excellent care of our 2 cats. The cats evidently enjoy the visits and we enjoy getting to read the detailed updates and photos. The cats are always well looked after and seem happy and healthy when we get home.
It's also reassuring having trusted people come into the house twice a day.

Kitty Angels really care. I can trust them to give my cat daily ear medication when in their care despite her being a very skittish cat.
They are reassuring, sending photos and updates. They have even replaced a battery on an alarm that unfortunately started bleeping whilst I was away.

I cannot express our utter gratitude to these wonderful people who look after our precious cats. They truly go above and beyond just feeding your pet. We appreciate the detailed daily updates and pictures, the hoovering, taking out of bins and even kindly collecting a parcel. Everytime we go away I no longer worry about our cats being looked after or being lonely. Kitty Angels look after them as if they were their own beloved pets. Thank you so much!

We’ve used Kitty Angels for a while now and would highly recommend them! Great communication from start to finish. The angels are great with the cats, giving them plenty of fuss and playing with them. We always feel confident that the cats are really checked on for happiness and health.

Absolutely brilliant! I cannot recommend Kitty Angels enough. Mabel was looked after with such care and attention and we were sent updates and photos every day.
