2nd time in the past month I've ordered from Kiwi Car Parts, both times I've been very impressed. Deliveries both arrived 2 days after ordering. Quality of items are even better than expected. Would happily recommend Kiwi Car Parts to anyone.

Unusual to give a five star review for a faulty part, however when you encounter a problem is when you find out who you’re dealing with. I found the responsiveness and attentiveness shown by Alex to be first rate in achieving a speedy and satisfactory resolution. No contact whatsoever. Can’t call them and they don’t reply to emails been emailing since Thursday with no answer or update on where my items are that I ordered. Don’t waste your time with them and I bet over half their reviews are fake!

Spark plugs I purchased were incorrect for my vehicle(a mistake on my part), I contacting KCP regarding returning the plugs. Alex sent me the address to return the plugs which I promptly did the following day.

Since then they have ignored all attempts of contact and not refunded my purchase. Upon tracking the return package it has indeed been received.

I have dealt with KCP on several occasions however this after this unacceptable and dishonest experience om their part I will have no further dealings. I will also be warning others!

First time using KCP. Service and courier was good.

i made an order a week ago, payment was taken, no order has been dispatched i have sent an email asking for an update and Nothing dont waste your time or money

after i posted this review they sent me an email saying they "lost the part in the warehouse" and were looking for it, a few days later i got an email saying they had cancelled my order but not refunded it, it took another email and a few more days to get a refund, i placed an order with another parts place and it shipped the same day, my advise is to avoid kiwi car parts.
