I did not get the product that I am…

I did not get the product that I am paying for. I put a request in for a phone call. Nobody spoke back to me so now I can’t get a hold of anyone to find out who’s taking my money and why

If you haven't already, we'd recommend reporting this issue directly in the Klarna app so your payments can be paused while it's being looked into. Here's how:
Open the Klarna app and go to the Payments tab
Select the purchase in question
Tap Report a problem
Follow the prompts to let us know you haven't received your order
Once reported, your payment plan will be paused while you work with the store to resolve the issue. If after 21 days the issue isn't resolved, we'll reach out to you for additional information to investigate further on your behalf. If you need any additional help, you can also reach our support team through the app by going to Menu > Get Help, or via our customer service page: https://www.klarna.com/international/customer-service/ We want to make sure this gets resolved for you.

I would’ve given Klarna a five

I would’ve given Klarna a five! I absolutely adore Klarna. The only reason I gave them a three is because I have never been laid on any payment. I have made more than 567 or eight purchases over 100 200 or $300 and every time I do that I think that my borrowing power will go up but it never ever does and that disappoints me because I make sure I am never late and I usually pay it off early so Klarna if you’re reading this, my email is Crystal Raye 1122 @ iCloud please email me on why you never up my borrowing power when I always pay on time And a lot of times early thank you so much Crystal Kendrick

We understand that you'd prefer a more streamlined experience when accessing your card wallet, and your feedback is really valuable to us as we continue to improve the app. There are a few small steps that can make your experience smoother and faster regarding your loyalty card/s. For searching, the function is available in the Loyalty Cards section of the Wallet.
Just follow these steps:
Open the Klarna app → Wallet → Loyalty Cards → See all.
Here you’ll find the search bar at the top to search by card name and, just below, options to sort the cards (most used, alphabetical order, or recently viewed), so you can quickly find the one you need. To save time, you can also add the Klarna widget to your phone’s Home screen. This way, you’ll have direct access to Loyalty Cards without having to open and navigate the entire app or passing the verification step for a quicker access to your Loyalty Cards. For you to be able to add your loyalty card/s in the widget you will need to follow these steps on your phone:
For IOS:
1. Long-press on an empty space on your phone's home screen until apps jiggle.
2. Tap the + (Add) button in the top-left corner on your phone to open the widget gallery.
3. Search for "Klarna" and select the Klarna app widget.
4. Swipe left or right to find a widget size that supports displaying your saved loyalty cards either the free widgets at the end or the ones included with our paid memberships.
5. Tap Add Widget, then drag the newly added Klarna widget to your preferred spot on the home screen.
Once the widget is on your home screen, it should display your most-used or recently added loyalty cards for quick access.
For Android:
1. Long-press on an empty space on your phone's home screen until the option Widgets appears on the bottom.
2. Tap on the Widgets button below.
3. Search for "Klarna" in the search bar and select the Klarna app widget.

Recently

Recently, I made a purchase through eBay, and used Klarna kredit card. The purchase later got cancelled since it did not pass verification etc via eBay, eBay refunded my original payment which was the credit card. Klarna told me eBay had not made the refund, and I got in touch with eBay several times and in the end Klarna is now making me pay £288. I tried to resolve this with them several times, they were dismissive all times and blamed it on eBay. I will never purchase with them again, despite having been a loyal user for many years. Be careful when you purchase using Klarna!
