Now being asked to remove review because it's bad for his business. He explained that his design is made in the US but made in China. Guess what? I see other companies selling the SAME product!!! Only way I might change my review is if they send me another one. That still won't change my opinion... But that's not even what I'm asking for. I'm better off buying from JK Armament. At least that item isn't going to take forever. Same price too.
Kyle, If you want your business to thrive.....1) I suggest giving options for faster shipping. DHL e-commerce is the worst thing you can do. 2) Your point of sale system needs to be updated so it is not throwing fraud alerts to customers bank accounts. I should have read the reviews about customers getting blocked bank accounts. That's my fault. But hey, you didn't have to go through the trouble of getting a new bank card so good for you right?! 3) Don't b.s. your customers, leave an actual phone number they can reach you at if they are having issues 4) If I say cancel my order, that means CANCEL my order when I ask. Since it wasn't updated to shipped, I asked for a refund well within the allowed time frame. You refused! You sent me an email at almost 10pm central time that your "guys" in the warehouse just sent my package with USPS...they don't do pickups late at night. LIES!!!! 5) You should make every effort to make your customers whole again and take care of them.. instead of asking them to remove an honest review about your business. I never say anything negative about anybody, I work in the firearm industry. I know it's hard to make a dollar. But don't come asking ME for a rewrite because it might affect your business it only gets worse every time you try and contact me. I'm not asking for a refund, but I'm just saying, It gets this review removed. Still won't change my own experience or opinion, but you get the drift.
To those of you reading this review, I suggest JK Armament. They sell the exact same product for the exact same price ( if not, cheaper) and the shipping is on point. Your not going to be stuck waiting for a response or email confirmation on shipping or ANYTHING! Avoid the headache and shop elsewhere. In fact, look on Ali-baba and you will find the exact item that he so proudly claims is made in AMERICA on his website. Claims they are made in Oregon. I really wish I could share the screenshots of the conversations I have had with this guy.

I placed my order (#1813) on 12/23/2021 consisting of 7" titanium tube, spacer, 9 stainless cups, end caps and drilling jig. I was advised the tube was on backorder... ok, understand. I have since received the jig, but no other parts. I was advised on 1/11/2022 that the tube arrived and was shipped. Instead, I received an end cap that we agreed to remove from my order because it wouldn't fit the tube. I emailed Kyle back, but have yet to get a response.

I have not yet used this product but the shipping was quick enough, and the item seem of good build quality. Overall pleased with my experience.

Seems like a quality product, although it would be nice if the dry storage cups had a small punch mark in the center. Allow about 3 weeks for delivery

you sent the wrong size booster or it looks on the picture the end cap to screw the booster to the solvent trap is missing ???

KMWhisper products are beautiful quality and very, very precise. Kyle is quick to respond to emails and helpful with any questions. As an engineer by profession I did my research before buying and KMWhisper offers the highest quality products available.

Very well machining a little on the heavy side but that is to be expected. Only reason I’m giving it a 4. When ordering I entered the promo and it didn’t get taken off. However KM is going to make it right. Shipped fast and on time.

Titanium baffles are great. Very clean. Hopefully will order more in the future.

Parts missing in order. Sent multiple emails with no response. Talked to someone via chat and was told they would ship out the missing part. That's the last I've heard from them.

I am giving this a 4 only because of customer service. The trap itself is great, works as advertised. I didn't think it was going to be as well machined as it was.The cone design is very good with very good tolerances. It's a bit heavy but I'm extremely happy with the purchase.The seller is not as quick to respond to questions, if at all, as I would like.

Update, customer support good, they followed up on tracking order, product was delivered in 3 days time after contacted, will order from them again.

I was concerned of the quality do to the low price but took the chance anyway. There was some issues with initial shipping but I chalk that up to 2021 Covid, Christmas, current political situation. To my surprise the quality of product I received was excellent, from machining to finish. I do highly recommended KM for your needs, and I will purchase from them again.
