ZERO stars (not one!) Horrendous experience. The internet image looked like a beautiful woolly thick jumper with a green/red reindeer Christmas jumper pattern on and the price reflected 'reasonable' quality at £29. The description stated 'knit' although I had no idea what 'colourblock' meant. What I received was a coloured plastic bag in the shape of a jumper. reckon you would sweat in it and theres no way it would pass firesafety!. I asked for my money back and even offered to post it back to them. 5 emails I had to send with the refund increasing by 5% each time. The only return address they have is in California so would have cost me loads to post it back. I had to settle with 50% refund. Avoid at all costs. Terrible quality, deceptive pictures and descriptions and no way of returning the product.

Scam company

The shirts are overpriced, I spent about 85 dollars on 3 shirts, it took just under 2 months to arrive, the products look nice but they dont fit. Unless you are a very thin person with very little body fat or muscle mass they will not fit. Those shirts are made quickly and cheaply. They get held up in customs for over a month. The company is possibly is very sketchy possibly a scam. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THEM!!!

SCAMMERS

The order was delivered late and when delivered, the products - two "sweaters" were not sweaters at all but cheap fabric printed. When I sought customer assistance to return the items for a refund, they have sent me on a wild goose chase, delaying, delaying and then suggesting that they would refund me 30% of the sale to just keep it. I still haven't gotten an address to send this crap back. These guys are a SCAM and sell garbage. Don't take the chance. One star is generous. Those reporting a better experience likely work for the company.

Very Deceptive

The items I received are very different from the pictures online. The pictures showed sweaters, with knitting and on one of the Christmas sweaters I orders even lights, but it was all just a print of a sweater on super cheap sweatshirt/t-shirt type of material. I just requested a return, not sure how that process will go yet. Extremely misleading and deceiptive.

DO NOT BUY FROM KORSINA

I received my order placed on 12/6/2025 today, 1/23/2026. I am returning all items, as they do not meet the quality advertised and fall far short of what I expected. The difference in quality is extremely disappointing.

Poor quality & delivery

If only the quality of the goods matched the beautiful presentation on the website. Sadly, it doesnt. Not even close.

As many people have mentioned the quality of the christmas sweater delivered (after waiting about 3+ weeks) was very, very poor. The sticthing was coming loose, and the fabric is some sort of printed polyester thin rubbish.

I also ordered XXXXL as I am a big man. I guess 4XL from China is the UK equvalent of a Medium size.

Having complained to customer service, they have offered a 50% refund, which I have only accepted as to pay the postage back to a US location would cost more than the amount I would get back receiving a full refund.

If KORSINA are reading this review - very simply, why dont you make your products of decent quality? Otherwise you continue in my opinion to be a bit of a scamming company, producing knowingly poor, inferior goods which must cost very little, such that you still make profit even if you give 50% refunds back.

I would avoid this business completely. Nice website though...

I ordered the 3D sweaters for four of…

I ordered the 3D sweaters for four of my family for Christmas. There was a month and a half between when I ordered them and Christmas. The initial shipping information after payment was "Your order has been shipped.". About a week before Christmas I sent an email asking where my order was. All I received was "Your order has been shipped.". Seemed like a repetitive generic reply so I looked up Korsina and saw terrible reviews and possible scam using AI. Being I used PayPal and my credit card I was double insured and felt ok so far if it was a scam. I emailed Korsina again telling them that my order was for Christmas and now being a week after I wanted to cancel my order. Never guess what the reply was... " Your order has been shipped.". I contacted PayPal and they contacted Korsina. Korsina gave them a BS tracking number and I was eventually given a refund from PayPal. This morning I check my email and there's an email from Korsina stating that USPS has confiscated my order due to false postage and they cannot deliver my order. This email three weeks after Christmas? Do NOT order anything from Korsina. It IS a scam site.

UPDATE: Korsina replied to my Trust pilot review. Everything in their reply is a total lie right down to the "We sent you the exact location.". Not once did I receive the actual location AND neither did PayPal when they investigated the transaction.

Products are not what is advertised, don't buy from them

The product I ordered was not the quality or style that was advertised. I texted korsina if they had sent wrong item, they said no. I would have to pay another shipping fee to return item but they offered a 30% non-return refund and then didn't hear back from them. Took 5 more times contacting them to finally getting refund. And it wasnt the money, I just wanted them to live up to what they said they were going to do. Then I read the reviews on company. Get your products somewhere else, don't waste your time or money. I got a response from company but it seem to be the same response for all other unhappy reviewers. That they are working on their quality. From all the negative reviews you would think by now they would have updated their picture of their products they advertise to match what they send to customers. With truth comes trust and it appears this company can't be trusted to send what they advertise.

Absolute garbage company.

Package was never delivered. Contacted returns and refunds within the 1 day period, got absolutely nowhere. Every message has basically turned into "but did you contact the shipping company or get a notice of non delivery from the post office?" Funny, that. They use some shipping company I've never heard of called speedx, whose tagline should apparently be "losing your package at record speed." Regardless, post office had no idea what this company might have done with the package. Tried contacting speedx, who was super fast at ignoring every e-mail of course, havent gotten more than the "your e-mail is very important to us :)" auto reply from them. Korsina, instead of refunding their customer and getting reimbursed from the carrier for the failed delivery (like an actual business) has continued to hold the line for weeks, sitting on their hands and asking continually for proof that the package wasnt delivered. How do you prove the absence of a package...? Especially when the shippers wont contact you?

Long story short - give them a skip, unless you enjoy the customer service equivalent of being mauled by a bear.

Beware...zero stars

Beware...This company is a complete scam. My package has never arrived. I received confirmation from USPS that the package has been seized for counterfeit postage and will not be delivered. They sent a new tracking number, which is a kiosk in CA and again USPS said no package found. I'm trying to give them a chance to do right,,, however 3 times now and no refund. Good thing for PayPal and my credit card company which will make it right. Huge disappointment, so done with overseas transactions. Order date over 30 days ago.

Crap material they photo shop all there…

Crap material they photo shop all there merch to make look better when you get products there crap and shipping takes 3 weeks min. Better off spending money somewhere else. Also wrote them and got no reply.
