Garbage product from fraud company

The product was garbage and delivered very late. I ordered two Christmas sweaters. I thought both were unique and attractive; the pictures online were really gorgeous with rich colors and beautiful fabrication. I ordered at the end of November with the intention of wearing these at various holiday gatherings around Christmas.

The products that came were not sweater fabric, not beautifully colored, and not attractive. The fabric was a poor quality thick polyester on which an image of the original item was imprinted—poorly and blurily. Sooooo ugly. The delivery was well into January.

Don’t buy anything from this company.Ever.

Terrible scam

The product is not what is advertised. I contacted the company for a return. They requested photos, I sent photos. I then spent @$14 to return the item to the return address. They then sent the garment back to me and will not answer my emails.

Amazing pair of pants

Amazing pair of pants! I have very muscular and massive thighs and a rather unique statue, so usually struggel to find fitting more chic pants in that area. But these are just perfectly fitted and comfy. You can feel that it is good fabric and the stiches seem fine.Exemplary! Will definitely order another pair of pants soon and for now I am excited to put them on again and take them for a walk. 🥰

This is a fraudulent business

This is a fraudulent business. The products are not reflective of the actual item they send to the consumer. I ordered a graphic cat button down shirt. The fabric quality and overall look of the shirt purchased does not align with their product listing. The shirt was made from a synthetic material that was massively oversized. I immediately reached out to Korsina to request a refund and received an AI generated response requesting a picture of the item. They then were unresponsive to my requests for a full refund.

Low Quality Product and Bad Service

Terrible experience! The order took almost a month to arrive, with no traceable shipping and no customer service support. When it finally did arrive the product was clearly of terrible quality, the fit was funky and we needed to return/exchange. I reached out to the company immediately and asked for a size exchange. They made me send photos of the product??? ... odd, but ok and then ignored me for a week. I had to reach out repeatedly to get a response and when I did they all but refused the return and only promised to send me a half off coupon (?) for my next purchase. Obviously that will not be happening so we are donating the items and moving on. Do NOT buy from them

Garbage / Ripoff

I thought I was buying an elegant long trench coat with deep, rich colors, long lapels etc. Instead, I received a flimsy and poorly printed pajama top (maybe worth $10?)

I reached out to customer service who made a BS coupon offer of 50% value, or cash at 30% value, or return product (at my cost) for full refund.

I have asked for a coupon of the full purchase price and advice as to what products are good quality.

I will update this review as I get more feedback from Korsina.

Do not buy from this site. Poor quality and misleading.

Like all other reviews here the product is from China and very sub par compared to the advertised product. Do not order from this site.
I have sent an email (complaint@) asking to return the item and for a full refund etc. So glad I paid for it via PayPal. They have 14 days to respond, so will update progress here to help others.

Do not use this website. The pictures of the items they are selling bear no resemblance to the item you receive. The quality is awful and their customer service is worse. I have tried twice to ask for a refund and they have ignored me.

Terrible quality

Its been almost 2 months now package…

Its been almost 2 months now package and korsina keeps saying its on its way. No way to return if I dont have the items. Will have to go through my CC instead. Horrible process just advertising is so good!

It has been 2 months since I ordered my shirts. Customer has not been help they gave me tracking that states table created only! They will not refund $180 purchase until it arrives... (which the label was created over 5 weeks ago)

Your response feels like a slam in the face, your are only trying to make it seem like you are going to do something about it when you aren't. I asked to cancel it back in earlier December before the label was created and was told that the items had shipped which was first week of December. There is no way it's still on its ways 5 weeks later!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

Not what is is the pictures

What a disappointment. In their advertisements this looks like a nice, crisp, corduroy blazer with lots of metalic trim, beadwork, and sequins. A bit over-the-top, but posh. Go look at the pictures in their ads again, the decorations are definitely 3D and attached on top of the corduroy.
In actuality what you get is something that looks like a PJs top. A soft, thin, slightly fuzzy material that drapes firmlessly, with the decoration just printed on. Like a cheap photocopy of the real thing. They do say print in their title, but that isn't what their photos show. This thing is so bad I am embarrassed to even give it to the homeless shelter.
Don't spend your money with these fraudsters.

Warning

Ordered 6 weeks before Christmas it turned up in January despite chasing with no replies. Item is a poorly printed cheap top and nothing like the pictures. They obviously make enough profit to ignore the appalling reviews. Had I looked carefully I would never dealt with them.
