Great and fast service when needing to exchange for another size.

I bought a 14K gold/lab grown diamond stud for my helix piercing. It delivered a week after purchase, and was beautiful. I realized that the post length I chose was too long so I reached out to the company to request an exchange. They got back to me within 48 hours and graciously offered to replace the post with a smaller one free of charge. Great product, great customer service!

I ordered a pair of titanium earrings from Kosiner for my wife. The product was high quality, but the size I selected was smaller than I expected. Their customer service has been fantastic at getting me what I need, even though there was no error on their part.
Highly recommended for the quality product and excellent customer support.

May 28: Email enquiry about my order
May 29: They confirmed order would be shipped Jun 1 so I agreed not to cancel for a refund
Jun 2: No order progress or tracking provided, emailed to cancel within their terms - no reply
Jun 3: Emailed again - no reply
Jun 4: Left an angry comment on their IG post and raised a chargeback
Jun 5: Refunded

Seems like this company isn’t serious about actually shipping their customers’ orders or replying to issues. Very disappointing experience as I spent $300+ on an order and they didn’t even have the courtesy of sending an email to let me know the status or my order.

I got my wife the wrong size earring for her birthday and they are letting me do an exchange after the 30 day period. Thanks!

If I could give minus review I will. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM AND HERE IS WHY:

I had requested cancellation on my order (turns out I don’t need it). Cancellation was requested same day I put an order. They ignored me and next day I got message that shipment was processed. I chased the BS with them and they are now trying to pretend that it’s beyond their means! HOW ABOUT HELL NO. Just because your CS sucks and you would clap your ears to make customer keep product but sorry that ain’t happening. If you keep rejecting my cancellation I am claiming fraud with my bank (because technically speaking IT IS FRAUD). I have screenshots of your own website and that your policy says: „You can cancel or change your order for free, but only if you contact Kosiner Jewelry before the item ships (usually within 24–48 hours of your order). Once your order has left the warehouse, it can no longer be modified or canceled.”

The jewellery was delivered fast and with tracking information. It’s great quality because I get irritated with anything other than solid gold or titanium and so far these have been perfect. They look great too so I’ll be purchasing more.

Honestly, I thought it might look cheaper in person, but it doesn't. The details are actually quite clean and well done. It came in good condition and nothing was damaged during shipping, which I appreciated.

Revising my initial review!! I was emailed by Nicole who issued a refund. Even suggested keeping the jewelry once I receive it but it is still the wrong size but who knows? Maybe it will work for someone else. Very happy with the customer service here and changing my review. I do wish the policy allowed for returns of fine jewelry in packaging and unused.

I strongly advise against ordering from this company. I placed an order exceeding $200 to US, only to have my return request flatly denied. They are citing "warehouse issues in China," high shipping costs, and customs fees as reasons to block returns—none of which are mentioned in their official written policy.

This is a clear violation of consumer rights and feels like a calculated scam. I’ve since found numerous reviews from others facing the exact same bait-and-switch. I am currently pursuing legal action to recover my funds. Save your money and shop elsewhere.
