Thé purchase process was professional from the very beginning until the reception of the watch.

Excellent service and fair prices. I was in Paris on vacation with my family and didn't have too much time, but Axel and his colleagues made everything possible to get the watches that I bought on the spot, ready for me within an hour. Merci beaucoup.

I felt the whole time very comfortable in every contact by email, call and also when I picked up the watch in Paris.
I would buy at Korno 360 again. Thank you for the trustful transaction.

Purchased a Tag Heuer Watch product in November 22. The Order was canceled because they received my payment due to banking issues one month later. So far so good. Im now waiting more than 1,5 month to receive my money back. They called me once in january, but this no refund. They are not replying to Mails and calls.

Instead of apologizing for their incompotetent behavior they copy and paste the same argument that they gave me on google reviews.

As a matter of fact they received a transfer of notice from me after asking me. What they are claiming is incorrect.

Timeline:
- 24th of november 22: Purchasing the product
- 24th of november 22: Payment via transfer from my side
- beginning of december 22: Cancelation of the order
- end of december they received my money
- 17th of january 23 they called me to tell me that they will transfer the amount back(3 weeks after receiving my money!!!)

Since than they were telling me multiple times that i will receive my money back. They were telling me to do it this weeks, than that week. Mentioning wrong details of the payment. Obviously stalling and lying to me on the telephone.

- Today - 21th of february they send me a tranfer notice of the refund. Lets wait if i know really receive my money after 3 month.

Even if they received the money one month later, so end if december 22 it took them incredible 2 month to transfer the money.

This is totally inacceptable. And the worst is that they dont even apologize for the inconvenience and just coming up with explaining and suggest that it was my mistake. That is the worst.

Great services ! Really reactif and pro

So far not great. Over 4 weeks and not even a shipping notice. No updates from the company. Had to reach out and they are “ working on it”. Not feeling great about this purchase. Money has already left my account Probably would not purchase from here again. May need to file a claim with my credit card company on this one

Very good service and support. The watch was delivered in a nice box. Most important, the watch is authentic. The custom processing took longer than expected, be aware of it but this is due to my country regulations. So i had to wait for more than 10 days to receive the watch.
Overall I'm very happy with my purchase with Kronos and their service. I will buy again if I find something I like.
