Outstanding service, perfect quality, great and reliable will buy my next watch from KRONOS 360 again

I found a watch (Omega Speedmaster MkIII) on Chrono24.com that I was interested in. I tried to contact Kronos360 through the messaging service. But no reply.

So I decided to get in touch directly via their own website, and offered to buy the watch through secure checkout on Chrono24. Their response was slow, but friendly.

The reply was that they would rather do the deal through their own website, since my offer was around 10% lower than the asking price.

The reason I asked for a lower price is based on the fact that the pushers on the pictures are clearly not original for the watch, and I was planning to have them replaced.

After having acknowledged that I was right about the pushers (first they tried to deny it) and a little bit back and forth about what they would write on the authenticity card that they issue, I decided to make a new offer via their website.

They claim on their website that they will get back to you within 24 hours when you give them an offer. So far I have waited more than one week, and I have sent them a friendly reminder. To no avail.

The watch might be a Franken, but my plan is not to sell it so I don't really care. But the way this seller handles their clients is not according to the standards that we expect, when moving in a landscape that requires trust.

I am very happy with the service I received. The team is very responsive and trustworthy. Turnaround was very fast, including the refurbishment of the watch. I bought a high value item which was a first time for me online and naturally I was a little hesitant. There was no need to be, all went very well and shipment was secure. All in all a very pleasant experience.

I purchased an Hermes watch, which is not as expensive as some watches, but with the exchange rate etc it was still somewhat of an investment for me! I was nervous to buy a watch from Europe, when I am on the other side of the world in Australia?
But I found the experience to be easy and straightforward.
The sales associates I dealt with were very knowledgeable and professional and even called me in Australia to answer a few questions I had.
I would highly recommend Kronos360 to anyone considering a watch at competative pricing.

I found the watch on his website which is krono360 I then saved his number into my phone and contacted him via WhatsApp ringing and messages he always answered calls and texts at anytime, I was very worried at the start as this was my first time spending such high amount of money on 1 watch he then send me a video of the watch and all info on it, i was very pleased with the condition and everything else! I then taught of it for the the date and the next day I decided I would go with the deal he gave me, he then asked me do wire the funds to the business account after I done this he informed the funds cleared and that it would be posted with the best delivery company which is ferrari express 2 3 days later I received it and the condition of the watch is absolutely amazing everything went so smooth and easy, he was very nice and always helping, very trustable, highly recommended and will do business again,

They advertised the watch as immediately available both in chronos 24 and in Their site, we spoke 3 times through telephone they convinced me to send the money
we made a contract they sent me the invoice the confirmation of the bank transfer and today evening a guy call him Benjamin called me and he asked me more money despite our invoice for 7150 included the shipping costs he asked me 8400 if I would like to buy the watch otherwise they won’t send me the watch, and if I want my money back I have to send an email to ask my money back
I am still waiting to refund my money back
there is no credibility in this store

I live in the US and was happy to find the rare watch my husband coveted for Christmas on the Kronos website. I took a leap of faith, as I had never dealt with Kronos, and sent the money for the watch in hopes that it would arrive in time for Christmas. When it got held up in customs, I started to panic. However when I called Kronos, Benjamin walked me through the process and I was able to fill out the detailed paperwork easily. The watch arrived in plenty of time for Christmas and it is in the beautiful condition that was represented on the website. Merci Benjamin!! I bought a beautiful Rolex GMT Master I from Kronos 360 before Christmas last year. The process was absolutely flawless and everything (i.e. papers, state of the watch, etc.) checked out to be perfectly fine and in a great condition as promised. Description of the watch was not fully accurate

I purchased a 400€ watch which was offered with "free shipping". Unfortunately i did not like the watch, so i've returned it.

I've paid the return shipment out of my pocket and it got their safely.. They charged a total of 72€ and refunded me 328€. if you add the return shipment i've paid ive lost a total of 100€ in the refund proces, which mean a 25% loss if you want a refund.

This is a warning for everybody, buy elsewhere.
