Thrilling experience
I am a watch collector, but this was the first time i bought a watch on a platform like this.
For me it is a strange feeling to buy a luxury item that you have not seen yet . Moreover, you pay something and you will see this item about two weeks later...
If the watch wouldn`t have pleased me, i would be forced to put in a great effort to send the watch back (costs!!) and to get my money back...
Fortunately this was not necessary : the watch is beautiful, although there were some minor scratches on a so called "unworn watch" (?)
A lot of people gave me advices and warned me not to buy on such a platform, but in the end my experience was good, the gentlemen of Krono360 were accessible on the phone, so that I think I would again do business with them.
Nevertheless it was an exciting and thrilling experience when the watch is sent by DHL - it would have been perhaps much more relaxed if you would pick up the watch in the showroom in Paris and pay accordingly...

I sold my watch to Kronos360.
Everything perfect until payment.
Two times they told me they paid me and sent me the receipts. The money didn't come.
At that point I started worrying.
After several calls and messages I received another transfer receipt on 21/07.
Finally on 26/07
payment has arrived, but how much fear.
Unfortunately they have proven non-professional.
The amount was high. Their behavior was not in conformity with the value of the watch.

Great overall
I had a great contact and buying experience. I was able to get pictures of the movement before buying, and to successfully negotiate the transaction. The pictures were showing the watch in its best light, not making too easy to see the flaws (Not dishonest either). Had no problem with payment and shipping, etc.
I would buy again from this site.
