The Kukri team went above and beyond to complete an order which we placed at short notice for an upcoming Lacrosse Team event. Super-friendly and committed.

The Kukri Product Team does not know how to use a tape measure. I returned pants that were supposed to be 32" inside leg but the measurement is actually 30". They have returned the pants to me stating that their Product Team have verified that the pant legs are 32" I have video proof via metal tape measures of the actual length of the inside leg and I am seeking advice from Trading Standards and England Athletics.

Very hard to contact kukri sport

Impossible to speak to anyone when there is a problem. Sizing of items is very much on the small size so had to return. Their refund policy is very slow … I returned an item which was received by them on 11 th December and on the 30 th I still await a refund after chasing .

AVOID.
Dishonest. Poor service. Uncooperative.

My order was placed over 3 months ago and still not received.

I’ve asked for the email details of their senior management team and been declined.

Be aware that when you order products from Kukri they come from China and are made to order so incurring massive delays.

There are tens of thousands of companies selling embroidered/printed sportswear in the UK, unless you want to wait 6 months for your goods please don’t use Kukri.

You think the customer service from companies like Sky and Eon is bad?
Try and deal with Kukri and see how you get on.

Unbelievably slow delivery- ordered College sports kit for my son at end of August and we are still waiting for delivery which won’t be until the earliest end of November or third week of December!!! Seriously how can it take almost 4 months to make and ship?? The irony is I paid a ‘premium’ to get faster shipping! If there was another company supplying the college kit I’d go with them.
Customer service never reply to emails

Given 2 stars for the products which are ok. The buying experience though is pretty awful. As sole suppliers to a university, they don't carry enough stock as lots of items were out of stock when I tried to order them. Their lead times are pretty awful - 3 weeks. Items shown as in progress when they'd actually passed the 3 week due date with no communication to say there was a delay. Customer service none existent. All in all a pretty hopeless company that I will never have to deal with again after university.

BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN RETURNING ITEMS.

I returned all items in package yet Kukri saying one item missing - thankfully returned via Royal Mail who weigh parcel which will confirm all items in parcel.
Reported to PayPal as this was my payment method.

Just received update from company who now say no paperwork in parcel also which confirms to me something untoward is going on in warehouse returns. I have asked them to view cctv which will confirm my returns and thankfully PayPal have stepped in to place hold on funds to Kukri sports-A very dishonest company

A month after ordering and NOTHING. No apology for delay, no information about what is happening, just an email saying that the expected delivery date is 30/8/23. Not impressed.

Shocking service, I have made contact on 3 occasions asking for an update to my order, each message has been ignored and order is now overdue bt a fortnight without the courtesy of an update.

Very difficult to reach out to them, phones and emails are not answered. I am struggling to return an item to them as the size was too big for my son.

Excellent service as always from Niamh who always responds to enquiries promptly. Our new set of strips have arrived ahead of schedule and on time for the start of the new season - thank you

I contacted Kukri to ask for their help replacing a jacket my daughter had not come home with following a recent international trip. They were amazing from the very start, I communicated with them via Instagram and they replied within a few hours max each time. They were able to source another jacket which I was able to purchase and they sent out swiftly - all resolved within a week. Such amazing service, can’t thank them enough, really made my daughter’s day too when she received the jacket. Big thanks to everyone involved.

Terrible ordering experience
1. Website is incomprehensible and impossible to navigate.
2. Sizing info doesn't match choices when making selections.
3. Having spent ages working out best guess of sizes to order, sent completely the wrong sizes.
4. Order tracking pointless as slow to update and inaccurate

First time using Kukri and I have been nothing short of chuffed. The quality of service and product is first class. We ordered some items in an incorrect size and the return and replacements we're all arranged and completed within 24 hours. Working in an office myself, I have grown accustomed to lousy suppliers and chasing them constantly for answers. None of the sort with Kukri, Niamh has been top notch and kept me abreast of all updates every step of the way. Couldn't recommend highly enough, if you're looking to source some high quality sports kit.

I haven’t used Kukri before and due to my son starting at a new school, I required all of his sporting kit from Kukri. I was given Niamh’s email address and told to contact her with my order and anything else I may need. Well, I managed to get the order wrong and Niamh was absolutely fantastic in sorting it all out for me. Correspondence with Niamh was brilliant, she kept me abreast of what was happening and also what I needed to do etc. Really good experience of online ordering and this is on large due to Niamh and the knowledge and understanding she has in what I needed. All online ordering should be as easy.

I would not hesitate to recommend Kukri to friends and family.
