Love my sauna
I bought a 2 person infrared sauna and love it. Initially had some issues trying to get one of the sides to lock. Divina sorted it all out and had John come around and he was able to align and lock it properly. He also put in the rest of the screws in and the dust cover on and made sure it was all working before he left. 🙏😊

We had a wiring issue
We had a wiring issue, caused by birds, and contacted Kylin Sauna for help. Their support has been outstanding, quickly organising parts including a new control panel at a very reasonable price,
The parts arrived quickly and we were able to fix the issue ourselves so we are now enjoying our sauna again.
Thanks Kylin Support for your attention to detail, quick responses. We felt supported throughout.

Traditional Sauna
We got our Sauna delivered 2 weeks ago and we are over the moon with the product. Easy to install and it looks amazing. Kudos to the team who was super responsive and answered all my questions and the delivery was not expensive at all, even able to track the vehicle to know exactly when the Sauna arrived at our doorstep. 5 Stars for sure!

It has been great so far. Everything works well. It looks good in our family room and thought it was great value too. Sales were friendly and not pushy and delivery and assembly was courteous and friendly.

Very happy with this sauna. The 2-person size is perfect and fits nicely in my home without taking too much space. It heats up quickly and the far infrared heat feels very comfortable and relaxing after a long day.
