I bought some shoes but not what i'd hoped for, they didnt fit very well and felt like they were sized too small. I contacted support and they said it was the right size, so i just returned it.

Item shipped was the wrong size (in that, the size printed on the product was US 12, but the size was actually US 11 - this was explained in the refund request, contrary to the company's reply below). I had the option to pay to return the item (to Australia, from the USA) or accept a 20% refund and keep the item (that does not fit).

Do not buy from this company.

Ordered trendy sandals after targeted ads on Instagram. They arrived three weeks later in sketchy packaging and smelling heavily of chemical plastic. They are the shittiest quality shoes I've seen and the soles don't even try to look like the photo. Just a thin slate of rubber. Comparable to sandals you get at a 99 cent store. Now going to try and return but from what I can tell that is an impossible process too... $70 bucks down the drain. I have a suspicion the positive reviews here are planted by the company trying to cover up real ones.

Just avoid. Embarrassing quality for high prices. Worse than Shein, but at least they are honest about what they’re selling and you know what you’re getting…

Got some pants, they didnt fit very well so i had to return which was unfortunate, i did like the feel, just didnt fit, felt like the size chart was off a bit, but support was helpful. 3star

Shoes faulty. Customer service are doing everything they can to avoid a refund only offering 40% because of postage costs back to origin. I found this through Instagram advertised in my country. This is a scam

Never shop from this company again! They don't let you return anything. In order to "start" the process you have to contact them and then wait for them to respond to give you instructions on how to return. The only problem is: No one ever responds! I'm stuck with three sweaters I don't want. Maybe it's not a scam, but it's as close to one as I've ever experienced in online shopping.

The emails went back and forth for days. Explained that returns cost a lot as going to Australia!!!!!
Told me to keep what I had ( is too big) and pick something else and they will send it free if I pay $14.99 shipping.

When I asked for return, they offered me alternative goods but due to the very poor quality I kept asking for return. They said I need to return the goods to Australia while covering the costs. After having asked for the adress for return, I never got a reply.
Never ever will order there again. You also better should not unless you want to throw your money out of the window.

The quality is bad, it took forever to get here (US address) and when I wanted to send it back they told me I had to pay for it to go to Australia. They offered that I could take another item / size but seeing I didn't want to keep any of it, it wasn't really an option. When I replied later to at least get the right size they said the period for returns was over and they couldn't help me. So leaving this review in order to warn other people.

NOT what it was advertised to be. Definitely NOT high quality and NOT what the photos look like. Took forever to get delivered and the return policy is… not high quality either. You have to personally pay for the shipping and send them receipt info, order number, and the tracking number for the return and it all has to be returned in 15 days. For a good looking site with quality looking products, 1 star. Not at all what I expected and surely not for the price. I got Milano trousers that were apparently a cotton blend and when I pulled them out they were flimsy and immediately saw them to be a LOW quality polyester. Don’t get scammed by this site.

I bought the shoes on April 23rd and received those on 20th of Apr, but they were the wrong size (1.5). I immediately contacted the seller via email, but they did not respond for over a week. When they finally did reply, instead of addressing the issue, they accused me of lying.

After that, I sent them photos and additional emails to prove the mistake. They claimed they hadn’t received them, even though I had proof that the emails were sent. Eventually, they acknowledged the mistake, admitted the wrong item had been sent, and said I could return the shoes—but only at my own cost.

I refused to pay the return shipping since the error was entirely theirs. I asked for a full refund, which I believe is fair under the circumstances. Instead, they offered a 50% discount and suggested I keep the shoes as a gift. I reluctantly agreed, just to resolve the issue.

However, once I agreed, they suddenly claimed I was outside of their 15-day return policy window and refused any refund despite I have swnd them email since the 30th of Apr, time when shoes were deliveres. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and feels like a deliberate scam. They made repeated errors, delayed responses, and shifted their policies to avoid taking responsibility.

The Palermo leather sandals are cheap plastic. The pants came with zippers that barely worked and buttonholes were too small to close. The quality is terrible. I emailed customer service and she said it wasn't in my best interest to return them for a refund because they have to go to Australia. She recommended taking a refund of 20% of my purchase amount. Buyers beware!!!

I made an online order from the seller Lacceti. I live in Europe and understood the order was probably coming from outside EU as they requested payment in American dollars and the shipping time was indicated at up to 2 weeks. The order arrived in 17 days with large visible stains on sleeve and although advertised as Cotton the garment was NOT cotton but 40% of nylon and viscose. Workmanship was very poor overall with threads hanging off. I requested to return the item [and sent photographic evidence of the problems].but instead they offered me 20% refund. When I quoted consumer rights they offered 30% refund…and to keep the damaged/faulty garment. NOTE WELL -The 'only' available return address, not published on their site, turned out to be in Australia. They recommended that if I chose to return the item that I send 'registered' as historically many items did not reach their address[ ? ] . At the same time they also assured me that the cost to me to return the faulty garment would be more than the garment itself. I cannot now pay to return the garment as I do not trust them to reimburse me for the garment AND the return costs [ trading law requires them to reimburse the costs of a return if the garment is in fact faulty ]
Is it legal to require a customer in the EU to return clearly faulty goods to an address half way around the world in Australia ? European buyers BEWARE. This company is selling very low quality garments at inflated prices using clearly misleading advertising and is not transparent with its return policy.

Scammers. A terrible company to deal with. ordered a garment, it was faulty, stains on the sleeve. Also very badly made. Lacceti say to return it but at my expense. Which is half way round the world to Australia..... I live in Italy. Absurd. They say to make sure to send via courier which will be more than the cost of the original garment. They are definitely scamming. Not sure why there aren't more complaints to be found online. Avoid at all costs.
17 July 2025 - This is a follow up to my original review from the 15 april 2025 after Lacceti replied with a very pathetic response stating that of course if the item was damaged they would replace it. My issue was not with the replacement it was the method they insisted on for doing so. Courier at my expense to Australia. This was of course more than the garment was worth, so I decide to not send it back and throw more money after bad as the garment was also clearly not as advertised. It is still a scam..

I completely understand, truly. I'd help you with a full refund immediately, but for that we'd need you to ship the order back to our warehouse in Australia. I'd also suggest using a trackable service because, although it's a bit more expensive, it'll help you dispute lost packages with the carrier, which happens sometimes, unfortunately.



The reason why I suggested a partial refund or replacement is because returning the item would likely cost about as much as, or more than, you paid for it in the first place, so you'd basically end up with a loss.



I spoke to my manager earlier and he allowed me to offer you a 30% percent refund which I can process instantly, as an exception, but that's the best we can do.



May I go ahead and process the partial refund now?

Otherwise, I will send the return address and instructions.

scam.Delivered wrong size and wants me to return to Austraila. Does not say that one there site under returns. This company is from China.
They delivered 4 items they said. Next I got pictures that looks photoshop that they where on my porch. Next I get a photo of someone that is looking thru the window out onto front porch. First it not legal to come to someones home and snap a photo of them. If they needed to verify a delivery you get a signature. Scam stay away from this company. No someone did not steal them. Why would I look out of my front door window that you can seen my floor of my porch and not pick up my packages.

Talk about a disappointing experience. Here’s what happened with Lacceti Clothing.
I ordered a sweater based on the pic they displayed on their site. The sweater arrived and looked nothing like the slightly oversized look in the pic. Sleeves barely reached my wrists (I’m 5’2”) and body of sweater was boxy and short. Unable to tuck in due to length. When I requested a return, they offered me the option of selecting a replacement item instead. They then charged me double the shipping rates to get the new item. When I asked about the higher shipping fees, they said they had to be fair to their paying customers. Huh? I thought I was a paying customer. But I paid it and the replacement item that arrived was again, completely disappointing. Super short and boxy, NOT how it was pictured on the site.
Long story short, again went through the replacement selection, along with more inflated shipping fees.
Third item came and once again, item did not look like picture.

THe cardigan sweater I purchased was nice and a great color but was too boxy for my body. Returning turns out to be expensive and difficult. THe packaging gives little info about their company or address . After emailing them, it's clear returning it will cost almost as much as the sweater. Will not order from them again.
