Great company to deal with. They offered advice beforehand so we ordered the correct items, and when we had a small issue with one of the ladders, Craig & Andy were brilliant, their customer service was exceptional and everything was resolved quickly. Would definitely recommend and will happily purchase again.

Excellent service and products, great service from Craig, had a samll dent on the product and was replaced within 48 hrs.

On 23 June at 13:52 I spoke with the sales team to discuss a tower. I'd been researching products for a long time and I hire Mi Towers often.

Having found a suitable tower, at a good price point, I phoned ladders and access to discuss the product. The fittings pictured looked identical to the Mi Tower product although it was a different brand. The sales team advised me it was a good idea to go with the other brand and assured me it was the same quality as a Mi Tower.

When it arrived it was different to the pictures and different to what had been described on the phone.

Staff were rude, dismissive and patronising. In the end I felt lucky to get a refund but first I had to agree to pay for them to collect.

I would advise you not to use this business for large purchases.

Fantastic service

Phoned the customer service department, before purchasing the ladder. They were very helpful and informative about which ladder would suit my requirements. The ladder was scheduled to arrive a few days later. Got a text message to say the ladder would be delivered between 8am and 6pm. Waited all day to sign for it, only to find it had been returned to the delivery depot. It did arrive the next day, after another call to the company’s service department. Perfect , steady and secure ladder. Couldn’t have chosen a better product

Ladder was supposed to be delivered next day but wasn’t until the day after. Other then that all good

The pricing was the best I could find online with ready availability. The free delivery was within two days of placing the order. The ladders were neatly packed with no damage. The order process was very simple.

great customer service - needed delta deck asap, called customer services on Thursday and they arranged for it to be delivered on the Monday at no extra charge. Quality product supplied.

I selected Ladders & Access (which are based in Bristol) because it had "guaranteed next day delivery". (Actually the second working day for afternoon orders.) I telephoned & confirmed the ladder would be delivered the "next" working day before placing the order. I telephoned the next morning to confirm the ladder would be delivered the following working day. This was imperative as I was travelling to the site to take delivery (resident householder elderly and weakened by cancer treatment). I went to the town (c.100 miles away) the previous evening, slept on the floor & waited all day for delivery before travelling home. No ladder. The first communication was an email the following morning asking for this Trust Pilot review. When I telephoned it was suggested I missed the delivery - on further enquiry it was established the ladder did not leave Bristol until the day after the "guaranteed" delivery. (For avoidance of doubt the delivery organisation was not only contracted by Ladders & Access - no details are shared with customers.)
