Had a week off work to complete some jobs around the house that required a decent ladder so on the Sunday beforehand I ordered the ladder I wanted at a decent price and, with the promised free next day delivery, looked forward to cracking on with the jobs during the week.

The ladder didn't arrive on Tuesday as expected nor by the end of Wednesday so I contacted Customer Services who swiftly responded saying it appeared the ladder had been damaged in transit. They offered to send a new one the same day saying it should be with me by Friday. Sadly it didn't arrive either and by the following Monday we contacted Customer Services to see what the issue was this time and found out the ladder had been lost in transit. Unbelievable!

I am in the process of getting a refund as offered. The company is quick at responding to customer queries and I can't fault them for that but they really need to employ a half decent courier because, as things stand, there's no guarantee you'll receive your order at all, never mind next day.

Bought 8 tread Professional Platform Steps with Handrail. Very pleased, good price, arrived 3 days after ordered, very sturdy and well made. Already used to reach 3m high spot lights in ceiling. I'm a pensioner and had no hesitation climbing the steps which are a little closer together than the steps on the other rickety step ladders I own. Thank you.

Ordered professionalplus-trade-triple-extension-ladders 8.50m. So solid and easy to handle, far better than my previous ladders, which were around 5 mtrs and quite flexible, not these. Excellent service and product

I urgently needed a loft ladder next day. I called up to see if it was in stock and if next day delivery was available. Answer was yes to both. I asked Tami to confirm if i could get the ladder guaranteed. She said she would process the order and ensure I get the ladder first thing. The ladder arrived at 9.30am the next day. Excellent customer service. Thank you!

Very helpful company. I had to return some items, and the items were picked up promptly, the emails were answered in a timely manner, and the refund was made about a week later. A nice helpful team all round. Highly recommended.

Scammers?
First ordered a telescopic ladder in April 2021, delivery was meant to take 5-7 days. After contacting them I agreed to wait three weeks for new stock to come in. Ladder is yet to arrive after being promised by Andy and Tami several times that it would be with me by next day delivery. I was very shocked to read the other reviews as I was convinced they were a bogus company. Maybe they are a poor company and Andy and Tami are very good at writing reviews?
Highly recommend using another company if you actually need a ladder.

ordered the wrong size ladder and Andy helped me return and get the correct ladder. From start to finish he was professional, understanding and very helpful. The wrong ladder was collected the next day and the arrival of the correct ladder followed the day after. Outstanding customer service. I would highly recommend.

They have huge collection fees, even though say 30 days returns, almost 50 pounds (25%) of the item fees use for return collection fees..
Please dont buy if you are not 100% sure.

I ordered set of Little Giant ladders late on in the afternoon; I had missed the cut off point for next day delivery but they still got them to me next day as I explained I needed them for a job I was on.
Ladders arrived next day, well packaged and in top condition.

They went way and above the level of service you would expect, the chap I spoke to was very helpful and the ladders where competitively priced.

I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to others.
