Elie Seroussi was born in Paris in 1958. Growing up in the center or Paris he developed a strong taste for fashion and craftsmanship. He opened his first fashion house, CECILE & JEANNE, in his late twenties, and built it into the well known brand it is today, with 10 boutiques in the prime Paris locations.

Elie raised his three children between the family ranch in Burgundy and the atelier in Paris. His oldest daughter, Natacha, took a keen interest in his work at a young age and showed a strong passion for fashion, the arts, and nature. After completing her studies of the arts Natacha naturally partnered up with her forever mentor and biggest supporter; Elie.

Together Elie and Natacha decided to do things differently. They wanted to create a brand that would combine the essence of who they are and what they believe in. Their products needed to be chic, elegant and modern… as well as environmentally friendly, vegan, and sustainable. They set off to design their first product - bobobark was born.

Very bad quality stuff delivered

Very bad quality stuff delivered. Bag had all the stains. We have returned it to Laflore Paris, however not heard it bag till now.

Cork is very thin and peels off after…

Cork is very thin and peels off after less than a year of daily use. Customer service doesn’t honor warranty and blame me for misuse even though I conditioned the bag. I have a lot of experience with the company since they started and they are a disingenuous, deceptive and shady company, just with excellent marketing. I have several of their bags and they look pretty but they have design flaws and quality issues that a $300+ bag should not have.

After a very long wait after ordering

After a very long wait after placing my order , I was so excited and hopeful this would be the perfect every day bag. It is just a bit too small, and the long strap, as well as the bamboo straps I ordered, just didn’t feel natural. The best straps are the ones that came attached, fits right over my shoulder if needed. It is very cute, and I will use it for when I absolutely don’t need much with me. I love the materials both inside and out.

What I don't like is that I've already…

What I don't like is that I've already filled out one of these surveys with a complaint, and so far have received nothing but requests for more surveys. My bag (toto), arrived with an area on the front where it looks like monograms were added, then removed. Strangely enough, they're my initials, so I don't know why you would mar the bag (which is terribly marred, now, on its FACE). I don't know what happened, it arrived all smudged up. Grand lot of money for a messed up bag. Love the style, the form, the quality. Too bad its face got messed up before it left your facility. Would be a gorgeous bag without this huge blemish.

Keeping accessories with the bag

I just brought the chain but to review it, I had to agree to a 2024 date. Thank you for the kind response. I’ve taken several photos of what I have done to keep the backpack straps on the bad with the chain. Because, it is easy to forget where the accessories are. How do I send the Photos? Quality

I really believe in this company. I find their products good quality and worth the money. The company should offer more color crème and have a wider color range at all times. Also, if you do the kickstarter they literally take the order and then make the bags so it takes a while. I have bought bags over several years and the shipping has become much faster. They are also really cute bags with a classic design.

Quality workmanship and I love the doq

Quality workmanship and I love the doq! this is my third purchase from Laflore, although I'm still waiting for delivery of my chou-chou.

The colour of the doq was not what I expected, much less petal pink which was disappointing, however it likely more versatile in its beige-ness.

I love my pink bebebark

I love my pink bebebark! I bought a black one last year, and was thrilled to get a pink one. The style is great, interesting, and well made. The customer service is sincere and genuine. They're always ready to answer questions and give support. I'm hoping for a mustard yellow bag in the future!

The bag is perfect!

Mine is raspberry.. it’s gorgeous!
It fits my laptop, has pouches for phone, keys, and other small things.
The hardware is strong and stylish.

Beautiful bag

While it’s a beautiful bag, I’m disappointed in the raspberry color. It is a lot more brown and less vibrant than the advertised photos. The bamboo handle is rough and knotty, so it’s not an accessory I will not be using.

I initiated communication about the timing of my order and service was very prompt and friendly. I’m looking forward to using the bag soon.
