Purchased lamp which unfortunately isn't what I was expecting. Parcel is posted from China, not the UK. They won't except my refund unless I agree to a 20% restocking fee (based on purchase price). Avoid.

I placed an order on 30/11 and paid £17 for express delivery 3-7 working days. My order has not arrived and I have heard absolutely nothing from this company despite chasing twice. There is no phone number and only an email address. The co.uk website is very misleading and I now suspect that the very competitive pricing for the designer lamps I ordered is down to them not being genuine. I wish I had seen the reviews before placing my order. I will be claiming a refund via my bank.

Lovely light fitting at a great price and good communication. Unfortunately, through no fault of Lamp24, the shade got damaged in transit but Lamp24 have agreed to replace it. Great service

We love our light fittings from Lamp24! They came well packed and they look well made, too. The customer service was responsive and very helpful when there was a confusion with the delivery date. They even changed our delivery address to a different country for us! Thank you very much Lamp24 team!

Great customer service and great selection of lights.

The light is nice but i wasnt expecting a random blue visible part in the Hues of Orange scandi style lamp. Just not quite what I expected. Cost £84 looks like it was £84 the real thing would be over £800 so you get what you pay for.

I’m very happy with this ceiling lamp. The design is modern and clean, which fits perfectly with both minimalist and cozy interiors.
Installation was straightforward, and the lamp feels sturdy and well-constructed once mounted.

Avoid this company. Completely misleading with U.K. URL, items come directly from China and take ages to be delivered. Low quality. Complete scam.

I had some doubts about purchasing bit it all went very smoothly and the lamps looks great!

We ordered three pendant lamps in three different colours and all arrived in perfect condition and quickly. The quality was good and they were easy to install.

Easy from start to finish - order to delivery. Extensive choice/range and detailed descriptions/specifications. The quality and price is exceptional, I will definitely be placing another big order very soon as the options are by far much more economical for the equivalent designs.

Avoid. Like the plague.

It may be a UK URL address but the shipping is actually from somewhere in China. It’ll take a minimum of 20 days for delivery. I reached out to customer services after reading reviews that there was a lot of difficulty in receiving a refund, etc. I was initially offered a 5% discount. I requested a full refund and have yet to hear anything back after numerous attempts at contacting their customer service. Severely disappointed.

My experience with this company has been without doubt a joy.
I’m looking forward to receiving my purchase and dealing with Stella has been awesome, she’s been very patient and supportive In helping me with everything.
I was recommended to purchase from this company via a store where I live which is in Australia ( lilydale , Victoria, Beacon Lighting)
So the person that works there , he highly had a good experience in purchasing from this company, so I’m happy.

The lamp that I ordered has a good quality product and price.

The package took ages to come, too late for the light fitting to be useful. Light fitting itself doesn't look terrible but my electrician never saw it.

Then they try and put you off returning your item by offering discounts. Then the returned item needs to be shipped to China (despite .co.uk website) at your own expense. They need a photo of the package, the postage slip etc. for no reason I can see other than trying to avoid paying you a refund.

I will wait and see whether the refund truly arrives. I'm not holding my breath. Thankfully I had paid for it on a credit card.

Update: Refund arrived minus quoted shipping cost to China. They are very keen you keep the light rather than get a full refund for the product.

Difficult to know how to review this. I ordered 2x pendant lamps. The first arrived promptly and looks incredible - definitely worth the price. There was an issue with shipping for the second and whilst Chiara in customer service was extremely polite, it took me about 6 weeks for them to finally agree to send a replacement at no additional cost. It required me to visit my local parcelforce branch and enquire at the trades desk (which I wasn’t really supposed to do) to prove that the lamp had been returned at customs. Finally the second lamp has arrived and whilst it looks great, there seems to be a reflective layer missing from the inside so you can see the bare metal - I know it’s missing as its present on my other lamp. Do I love my lamps - yes, I just need to try to ignore the bare metal inside one of them. Would I buy from here again - yes but only if I needed a specific lamp I couldn’t get elsewhere.
