Fraud site. I ordered two lights for£224 and received a PayPal invoice (but I did not order on PayPal) but no confirmation from lamp24 of the order. Followed up 3 times with Lamp24 and did not get a reply. Contacted bank to dispute the transaction and they told me I could not do this as I’d ordered with PayPal (I had not). Bank decided this was a fraud transaction cancelled my card and are now refunding and replacing my card. DO NOT ORDER ON THIS SITE, ITS A FRAUD.

The customer service is excellent. I had a problem with the first shipping of the product and LAMP24 send me another product right away.

This is a scam site. They lift images from other websites and sell as their own. You will not receive what is shown - DO NOT buy from this site.

Can Lamp24 confirm they do not steal images from other sites and sell fakes? ... wait for their response...

Good product although arrived with some fittings not matching colours. Alice was very helpful in arranging correct replacements and all resolved in the end.

They're fraudsters. They try to delay and cancellation or request for refund through delayed replies & offers of discounts. Not to be trusted.

the company is a chinese factory selling fake goods. their website is images of other brands products , not theirs

if you buy from them you will receive a poor quality fake piece that doesnt look like the images on the site

Product was as described, customer service was excellent when I ordered the wrong colour, they replied really quickly and we're able to dispatch the right colour quickly. Will be buying from again

We received the pendant lights quickly and they were even nicer than pictured. Our builders who hung them even said how stylish they were. There was a small issue with one of the lights that was resolved quickly by the customer service team. I would definitely order from Lamp24 again.

Have had issues with the item delivered. Can't fault thr customer service. Have been responsive and understanding in my queries.

The ceiling lights we chose from Lamp24 are absolutely gorgeous and have been the icing on the cake for our new space. We ordered 3, and were sent one to make sure we were happy with the quality before despairing the remaining 2. Really impressed and highly recommend.

The customer service team was very helpful and the lamp is gorgeous.

Do not use this company. I'm trying to return a badly made lamp. They refuse to send me the return address and try to persuade me to keep it. Their products are cheaply made in China and sold at a vast premium to unsuspecting customers in Europe and the UK.

We bought three lights - the Modern Oval and two Wabi Sabi - they look pretty and very well priced. Now we got them installed, we are so loving it and gave us the confidence to order from Lamp24 again :)

We did have a bumpy start as one of the lights was delayed in delivery. Having read some other reviews, we started to panic… so we got in touch with customer support and was pleased that we soon got the help - we were kept informed along the way, and supported on technical enquiry - it may have taken a bit longer then we planned, but the patience has been paid off! The fittings are lovely, affordable and the service is great.

We hope we can provide a fair insight, as we all have that fear of taking the risk ordering fittings online!

Do not touch this company with a barge pole! 6+ weeks since order a £600 light that was “in-stock” we've since learnt that it has maybe been built to order in china and have been told for weeks its in transit. All delivery info is in Chinese, the customer support team is extremely vague! Pushing to cancel this at the moment, quite likely a scam site, either that or its the most useless company going!! If i could give zero stars i would
