I ordered some hanging lamps but the diameter was not mentioned in the description. The lamps are very nice but huge, bigger than presented in the pictures. I had to return them unfortunately.

Everything worked out fine so far. One of the lamps in the package was broken and the “reklamation” process was easy. Still waiting for the replacement to arrive, but I’m overall satisfied.
I found a replacement on this site for an 8 year old light - price was good, purchase was easy, delivery was fast- the light fits the old mounting holes!!

Quality/price ratio and service. All top-drawer
Once I chose the lamp (your selection is enormous), the ordering process was easy and fast. It was shipped by the next day and delivered ahead of ETA. I've used Lampenwelt several times during our home remodeling and have recommended you to others.
One suggestion: it would be more efficient for searching if you showed all the color variations (where appropriate) of a single lamp design, rather than scattering them randomly in the search pages.

Thank you for the fast service/delivery of my new outside lamps.
Everything arrived intact but 1 light bulb that had burst out of it's box and shattered in the main box.
Maybe next time a little scrunched up paper would prevent movement within.
But I am happy. :-)

Modern light
Light is great, modern. Only minus is that you can’t choose type of LED to match other light in the kitchen. The light looks more like cold white.

The package is completely damaged through the transport but I am not surprised since the item has been sent in its own packaging and of course it became damaged. Not even a note to the courier company that it is fragile.
