I ordered some hanging lamps but the diameter was not mentioned in the description. The lamps are very nice but huge, bigger than presented in the pictures. I had to return them unfortunately.

Your offer is very good, prices excellent, but you are using the worse on Earth courier service!!! Your package did not arrived to me yet, because they informed me that adress was not found!? In Vienna city centre! It is equally bizzare and frustrating. And who knows when I can get my package!?
