Reliable Service and Quality Products

I had a great experience ordering from this website. The site is very informative and features clear, realistic pictures, which made it easy to choose the right bulbs. My order (6 bulbs) arrived quickly and was well-packaged, with no damage at all. I’ll definitely be purchasing other products from them in the future!

This company is a scam

This website and company are not legitimate. Ordered an outdoor shower. They charged the card and never sent any order confirmation, etc. That was six months ago and have not received the product. Have emailed numerous times with no response. Complete scam.

Great Service and Fast Delivery

Ordered a Artek Stool for Delivery to Australia. Was shipped Super Fast and arrived in Perfect Condition. Price was very competitive and the Customer Service was Very Good. Would buy from Again.

Zero communication on quality claims – Beware!

I ordered a Vitra "Hang it All" (Order 149xxx) and received a unit with a clear manufacturing defect (missing finish/coat). I have contacted the support team (Robbie) multiple times since March 7th, providing photos and all necessary details.

As of today, March 31st, I have received ZERO response. It seems this dealer intentionally ignores customers once a quality issue arises and they have already collected the money.

I have now escalated this matter directly to Vitra International (Ticket #00765xxx) and initiated an Amex Chargeback. If you value customer service and original brand warranty, stay away from this shop. They do not honor EU consumer rights (Directive 2019/771).

HORRIBLE SERVICE AND MONEY SCAM

HORRIBLE SERVICE AND MONEY SCAM. Ordered an Akari A15 lamp last November, with the promise of delivery in Feb this year. No communication, had to ask several times for an order update only to be told it was delayed till March 20. Still no update, only when I emailed the company again did they inform me the lamp was delayed further and delivered October this year, almost 1 year after order placement. They had already illegally deducted my payment from the date of order placement when they are only allowed to reserve payment until delivery. Huge money scam, would not advise anyone to use this company, despite them luring customers with lower prices. Such an unprofessional company, not even an apology or a gift certificate to apologise for the lack of communication and the long wait. Illegal business procedure all the way. DO NOT SUPPORT !

First, no money was deducted illegally. This is the standard process for online transactions: when an order is placed, the payment is processed, and the item is then ordered from the supplier before being shipped to the customer.

In your specific case, the Vitra Akari lamp you ordered is made using natural materials and experienced unforeseen production issues. This led to delays from the manufacturer, which were unfortunately beyond our control. However, your order was ultimately fully refunded (100%), ensuring that you did not incur any financial loss.

We would also like to point out that you chose not to create a customer account. This significantly limited access to real-time updates such as delivery timelines, delays, and order status, all of which are normally available in the customer portal. While we did respond to your requests, it is therefore not accurate to claim a complete lack of communication.

Finally, we strongly reject the characterization of our company as a “scam” or engaging in illegal practices. Delays in supply chains can occur, but in this case, they were clearly communicated upon inquiry and resolved with a full refund.

waited 3 months for them to cancel the order

Ordered a lamp in December with 3-4 weeks shipping stated on the website during the order. They messaged twice notifying the delay in shippment, finally end of march they emailed that the product is no longer being manufactured.

Such a bad service and the worst online…

Such a bad service and the worst online experience in which as a customer and in an e-commerce era you’re totally left on your own dealing with customs, return shipment arrangements and fees. You end up with a huge out of pocket cost which makes it totally worthless to even dare buying online as the only answer you get from Lamptwist is: “we delivered your order, good luck for the rest!”

Great experience

The lamp is amazing! Everything was very easy, and it's been a pleasure buying from Lamp Twist. Postage (international) was well priced and very quick. The lamp was packed extremely well. Thank you!

Not just good, but great!

Well, what made my experience good is, that my item got delivered from overseas very promptly with plenty of notifications.
But what made my experience great is, that Lamptwist very generously replaced a fault in the product(1 of 2 walky -talkies), by sending a whole new set at very short notice. This was very much appreciated by my grandchildren, who now link 3 walky -talkies and play with their friends. Another set bought previously in Britain was also linked. So 5 friends can connect from a good distance! Thank you Lamptwist, you certainly put the customer first! Best wishes, Anita

After being informed that some items in…

After being informed that some items in my order wouldn’t be available until June, I replied confirming those items to be removed & refunded from my order and the remaining items dispatched straight away as they suggested.
Ten days later, the only response I’ve received is a notification that my order (not part of it) has now been cancelled — no confirmation of whether the items expected are still being sent, no refund issued, no response. My account still shows the full order as paid for.
I’ve tried calling during opening hours with no answer, used the chatbot (which never connected me to a person although stated it was), and replied to the direct email sent to me — all ignored.
Very poor customer service. No products, no communication and no refund. still waiting. ordered items 22nd Feb, with stock showing as available for dispatch immediately.

Very poor packaging

Very poor packaging. We bought 5 pendants from them. Each about $200. They packed them with only paper (no bubble wrap or additional protection). One of them arrived shattered and we discovered it too late when we opened the box. Customer service was unapologetic and just responded it was too late. Very disappointing. We won't buy again from Lamptwist again and won't recommend them.
