Conrad Marais from Landlord Certificates came to carry out a boiler service and gas safety inspection of my gas boiler and hob right on time as scheduled. I was concerned that I had left it a long time since the last inspection but Conrad was very efficient and also reassuring that the boiler was working well. I felt he was thorough with his checks and very tidy in clearing up after himself.

I have used Landlord Certificates for a few years now. They are always competitive on price and easy to deal with. We’ve had the same engineer each year to date - a shout out to Phil Pescud - always on time, offers good advice and is an engineer I trust.

I always use landlord certificates for my London properties, their prices are competitive but they also reward return customers with extra discounts which I really appreciate. The engineer David Ogun was polite and professional, I was kept updated about his time of arrival (he was on time), the certificate was sent out quickly so thank you David and thank you landlord certificates.

Unreliable. Booked a service. They informed me the date was not available. Booked another date. Nobody showed up. They replied after 5 days giving me another date. Excuse: “we have backlog”. That should not be customer’s issue. Will not be using the service again.

The tenant said Sufian was fab.
I didn’t meet him, but he communicated well via messaging, arranged the checks with the tenant and undertook the work as promised and without fuss.

Easy and not expensive, no hidden costs.

Just avoid - not worth working with this agency for EICR. There are hundreds of agencies doing this work, pick any other.

Darren Coyle came to my property to conduct the gas safety inspection. He rang before hand giving me plenty notice of arrival. He was friendly and had cover shoes which was a great touch.
