Dogshi* company,i bought items from Funko Europe(which i dont think ill do more if they work with them for more) delayed my order for a week for no reason, very slow updates on tracking the guess what they marked my order as if i was not at the adress with the mention that i was contacted(which didn’t happen) they also don’t have a customer support so you can call and ask what the f they are doing, ill mention that they are not doing the final delivery, they will just leave it to another local company and you can”t even see which one, that’s how shi* they are.

I ordered a package from Temu Canada…
I ordered a package from Temu Canada and it was picked up by Landmark and transferred to Apple. Apple said it tried to deliver the package on June 15th (Father's Day) and indicated undeliverable - no buzz code. I subsequently contacted Apple by Email and phone and still haven't received the package. We frequently order online and have not had any problems with any other courier so what gives?

LANDMARK GLOBAL DOESN'T CARE
Package sent from France since may 3rd. I've sent an e mail on may 31st to know where's the pakage. I received a reply the same day from (i assume a bot) the company letting me know that someone will contact me in the next days. Nothing happened. I"ve tried to reach their US, UK and french customer services heplines and it's impossible to speak to someone. Supposed to be delivered on Wednesday 11 June. Waited in all day. No show.
Apparently now been returned to yourselves as I apparently rejected the item, WHICH I DID NOT.
I am unable to contact you as only allowed for businesses.
As a result of this despicable customer service, I wish to receive a full refund into my account with immediate effect.
My Partner purchased an item in March, he got the same tracking details that the address rejected the item, but again, it never even showed up!! This company needs investigating.

DONT DO IT!!!!!! i ordered an item from vestiaire which uses landmark/bpost May 23. on may 30th it said "Item has passed a checkpoint" and then NOTHING ELSE. it has been 2 weeks and theres been no updates or anything. i assume it to be lost. i ordered this item to arrive in the us before june 15 and the estimate given to me by vestiare was within 7 working days. needless to say, thats not happening. my birthday plans have been ruined by this experience and their customer service can do nothing to actually help you, they just look at the tracking and tell you what you already know, then you have to tell the seller to "open a case". my friend who also purchased something from vestiare much later than me and is in CA already received her items. NEVERRRR AGAIN!!
edit: they replied to my review with no apology or anything for their piss poor customer service. congratulations on delivering my item weeks later after i had to chase after them multiple times to actually do their jobs? lol

I did not receive anything from them to pay and i even went further to call them and they told me they didnt receive any package with that tracking number. So get this sorted out with the companies you work with or hand the packages too, if i dont receive my package a formal complaint with my lawyer will be made my package has value of over 3000 euros. Either provide me with proof they receive it because even your tracking says "Transmitted customs information" not arrived. 2 stars for them replying to my email. 2 stars for the package seemingly being lost in Machelen three weeks ago with no report since, like many others share here. They told me to contact the seller who has to contact them to do a “trace.” I wish I’d asked sooner but didn’t want to bother the seller… now I’m afraid I just lost $100+ in the mail.
4 days after this review: down to 1 star. Contacted seller and company, no update, no one seems to know or be willing to share what happened to the package. It was a gift for my daughter… now it’s so late. I just want to know what happened to it and be updated. Why have a tracking number if the item can’t be tracked?

Completely Irresponsible - No Info for 2+ Months
I’ve been waiting over two months for a parcel sent from the UK to Colombia through Landmark Global. The tracking (EC207920009BE / LTN358205896N1) stopped updating on March 10th, and since then nothing.
Landmark never provided any final-mile courier information. No domestic tracking number. No name of the delivery partner in Colombia. I contacted customs (DIAN), and they confirmed that the parcel cannot be processed or released until the local courier pays the import duties and starts the customs clearance which never happened.
I’ve emailed, followed up, and even asked through the original shipping company (HappyPost), and all I got was vague answers and copy-pasted messages.
Now my package is stuck in limbo and may be destroyed or seized by the government, all because no one is willing to provide basic tracking or handoff information.
This is completely unacceptable and shows how little they care about international customers or accountability.
Avoid this company at all costs.
EDIT: Landmark claims my package was handed to the local courier but they never said which one and gave no valid Colombian tracking number.

None of these work with Colombia’s domestic couriers, which require an 11-digit numeric code. Without it, the package can’t be tracked or claimed locally.
To make things worse, they keep telling me to “contact the seller” — but this isn’t a commercial order. It’s a shipment of my personal belongings from the UK.
Landmark takes zero responsibility once the package leaves their hands. Not trustworthy for international deliveries.

My experience with Landmark Global has been very disappointing.
They completely ignored my messages and provided no clear updates about my shipment. It's extremely frustrating to deal with a company that doesn’t respond or communicate with its customers. I wouldn’t even give them one star if it weren’t required to leave a review. I do not recommend using their services.
