HORRIBLE Courier!!!!

My package was ordered in Amazon and shipped quickly. When the package arrived in my city, Victoria BC, it was handed to Landmark. And it's been sitting in their warehouse for the last FOUR DAYS. With a delivery date of three MORE days!! Who are these clowns?!!! The package came across the country to my city in two days but these assclowns can't get it across the city in less than a week????

The order arrived on time.

When I saw the reviews, I thought I would never receive my parcel. But I have it. I ordered from the yesstyle website. The goods were sent on May 1, I received them on May 20. If you keep track of your work days, then everything is on time, as indicated on the website. Thank you for your work. I wish everyone who is waiting for their parcels to receive them as soon as possible.

Super slow shipping

Package was supposed to arrive much earlier but the company seems to keep delaying the shipment. Tracking says the package has passed a checkpoint but no update since. Never seen such a slow shipping time. Hopefully I can receive my package based of looking at other reviews. Any help or information would be nice to know where my package is currently.

I send parcel to Tunisia via UPC and Landmark

I send parcel to Tunisia via UPC. I didn’t know they will use another provider like landmark global. UPC tracking number show all movements from Bristol to Fulham where was passed to Landmark Global. When I type tracking number it show me is still in Fulham and is there since 7th of April!!! Today is 11 of May. My family waiting for parcel ,no update no tracking, no reply to emails . I contacted UPC but they told me clearly that they don’t have it Landmark have it and I should deal with them. Landmark don’t reply to emails, complain form on they website is crushing every time when I try to send it . I know land transport takes longer but this is joke. In the middle of Africa when transport is practically non existent will take faster than this . Tracking number LTN362493850

my package has been stuck in belgium since 18th of march. today it’s may 9th. that says a lot...

how hard is it to send it to the netherlands? belgium is literally one country away. it should take like 2 weeks max, but more than a month??

please contact one of your EU agents and investigate this.

The package is stuck in Belgium since…

The package is stuck in Belgium since 26 April. It’s been almost two weeks now. According to YS, after being shipped the package is supposed to arrive within 14 days, yet their shipping partner clearly can’t keep up because my package has remained with Landmark Global for the entire duration of the assured delivery time. When you reach out to them, they’ll blame it on the seller, although the package is with them.

Zero information about order for 1.5 month

This company is a joke. There’s no way to contact them as an individual customer. My order from YesStyle has been stuck in Belgium for ONE AND A HALF MONTH since March 25th!!! It’s stuck in status “ready for dispatch”. No information, no movement.
I want to know what’s going on with my order. Please reply.

Package never arrived and zero communication!

Hello. I am located in BC Canada and ordered some books from Thriftbooks on 4/5 which was confirmed, then received an email saying my order was "on the way" 4/7. Then the status updates completely stopped and even still to this day when I click on the "track order" option it will show that it is Shipped, Cheektowaga, NY Tue, Apr 8, 11:45 AM PDT.
After several attempted emails with no reply to Landmark I contacted Thriftbooks who replied immediately with:
"We're sorry you have not received your order. Unfortunately, we do not have any further tracking details and we do not have any replacements to send to you at this time."
I am left very frustrated as these were a present for my kiddo, and confused as to what happened to the books I ordered? If an agent could please assist and advise, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

tracking could be better, but really just have patience

I was also waiting for my Yesstyle order and also didn't see any movement for a while, but they got my package on the way to my house within 10 working days. When you see 'grouped at partner facility' it might seem like it's going to be delivered tomorrow, especially if you're in the Netherlands, but they really need some more time. That doesn't mean your package is lost and that doesn't mean this is a terrible company! I would say that perhaps some more transparency or expectation management would be good, given the other reviews here.
