Great quality items

Great quality items, at great prices. Eyeshadow palette large than expect, lovely colours and brush set excellent. Free quick delivery. What's not to like.

Delivery was fast and customer service…

Delivery was fast and customer service was brilliant. I had an issue with one of my pallets I ordered- the highlighter had broken in transit. No fault of the company. I emailed to see if anything could be done and the person who responded was great. She apologised and said a replacement pallete would be sent out in a few days. I received the new one just as quickly. Very happy with the service! Can't wait to play around with the product.

Would not recommend due to plastic packaging

Really fast delivery and so far the product seems good quality. Unfortunately, the eyeshadows came in some plastic packaging, which was a shame. Because of this I won't be ordering from LaRoc again and instead will find a business who sells their products in lower waste, recyclable packaging.

I am very sorry to hear that you are disappointed with our plastic packaging.

While we do currently use plastic packaging we are in the process of phasing this out and moving to recycled cardboard.

It just takes a little time for us to clear our current stock holding and move onto a more friendly sustainable packaging.

New replacement

Arrived broken, but after contacted by a team member they assured me to send a new one to replace it. Very good costumer service

Incomplete order

Order received however it was incomplete. The eyeshadow pallettes are really great quality and I can’t wait to try them. I had to contact the company with regards to a missing item but that’s been dealt with really swiftly and will be sent out today. Great communication despite the mix up.
