Not arrived, no refund, since May!!

Ordered a kettle in May worth £180+, was meant to arrive by the end of June. After chasing up numerous times, received an email on 14th July which said it would arrive 22nd July. It's now 2nd August and after numerous emails asking for an update on delivery, then asking for a refund, there has been no response. No one answers the phone, this is disgusting.
Since all the review replies seem to ask for an order number before giving a real response, here it is: #000063336

DO NOT BUY FROM LATZIO !

As with previous reviews.. ordered tapas plates set of 4 which arrived badly packed in a box with 2 plates..2 missing. After calling and leaving voice mail 3+ and emails ..still no response !
Next step..trading standards and citizens advice consumer service.

Lovely shop, would recommend

I have ordered numerous times from Latzio as love their unique unusual products. I was informed that an item in my first order would be delayed but it arrived hardly any later. Unfortunately, a couple of pots in my last order were damaged in transit but after emailing Customer Services I was very quickly sent replacements individually packaged. Great service and love my purchases, will look forward to shopping with you again, thank you Latzio.

Placed an order for a Volo Toaster and…

Placed an order for a Volo Toaster and Very Easy Kettle in mid-May.
Toaster arrived fine, but the kettle didn't turn up, and still hasn't.
I must have emailed them 4/5 times, they replied once saying there was a supply issue, and they would give me 10% discount - which I haven't seen yet. I've tried ringing them many times but just get an answer phone, which they never reply to. Their customer service is terrible, and makes me highly suspicious!

Purchased a Fat Boy outdoor chair in…

Purchased a Fat Boy outdoor chair in May. Website stated in stock but was emailed a week or so later to say there was a delay. After two months of waiting asked for a refund and told would be 7-10 days. No refund money received despite numerous chase up emails. Have now requested credit card company for a charge back. This company is not financially fit to trade, they take money for goods advertised that they do not have in stock and refuse to issue a refund. Looking at their latest set of accounts they have lost money for the last two years and have a negative balance sheet, they have no cash hence no refunds. Do not purchase from them.

We have equally hundreds of positive testimonial which are testament to our satisfactory customer service. It is unfortunate that we experience delays from some of our European suppliers due to after effect of global pandemic and the Brexit. Although these factors are out of our control but we take full responsibility for any short coming that impacts our customers.

We take every comment very seriously and endeavour to improve our services as customer satisfaction is our priority. As a relatively very new company we have been able to progress successfully within the past 3 years and proud to have several financial investors supporting the company and have been able to expand our range of goods, brands and stock.

Still waiting for refund.

I ordered a hanging tent and cushions for the garden on 1/6/22. All items were in stock according to the website when I ordered, but the estimated delivery date came and went, and I hadn’t heard anything from them. I sent an email on 16th June asking when the order would be delivered, and I was told it would probably be the 27th June. I needed the items before then, so I requested a refund. I was told the refund would be issued within 7 to 10 working days. It has now been 22 working days and still no refund. I have emailed customer service several times and messaged through Twitter, but no response. After reading these reviews, I’m starting to worry that I won’t get the refund.

2 and a half months, no response and no delivery

Taken money, not delivered and now can't get any response after ordering 2 and a half months ago.

Placed an order on 30th April, advised delivery for 17th May. Emailed them on the 19th to ask for an update as it hadn't arrived, got a very nice response from a lady called Jackie asking if i was happy to wait, there was a supplier issue and they expected 31st May. I replied, no problem, happy to wait.

Again no delivery. Followed up on 6th June to Jackie, then again 12th June on customer service email both to no response. Rang the customer line on 29th June, 8th July and 13th July, phone never answered and no reply to voicemails left.

Only option is to try and get it recovered by my bank.

I do understand how frustrating and time consuming this had to be. As a small run family business who was hit by Covid pandemic and post-Brexit regulations that extended the processing times on imports and exports we have come across many obstacles along the way.

We have improved so far on many of our services by moving warehouses and now we have much more control of our shipments as we ship ourselves and we have employed more staff in customer support so we could catch up with the high demand and make sure that we can reply in timely manner to all our customers.

I can fully understand your review and we take any feedback, either positive or negative, seriously and make sure that we can improve on whichever area we haven't managed to deliver in the past.

I can assure you today that we have now improved on many of our services and are keep striving on improving them even further. I sincerely hope that we can welcome you soon again at Latzio and show you that things have changed for the better if you are willing to give us the opportunity.

AVOID! Refund Oustanding! Do not buy anything!!!

Order number 000063855.
I requested a refund in relation to this order on the 9th of June. I have been told numerous times that this has been processed and should’ve been in my account at the latest, 11th July. Still not received. There is no answer on the Customer Service line…constantly says they are on another call! Voicemail left…no response. Now not responding to emails! Very disappointed and will be contacting my credit card company. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

4 months late!

4 months late!! Still not received.
Said ex stock - pool seat purchased in April. 22 for my sons birthday in May.
Chased and chased as no updates ever given and after 4 delayed dates it is now mid July! Have been offered a 10% reduction which is okay but my son is still waiting 10 weeks late for his birthday present.

Worth the wait

As some people mentioned, the order was delayed. I emailed and asked when it’ll be delivered and got a reply. It would’ve been nice if they had notified me without me asking, but when item arrived I was really happy. It looks great and it’s exactly what I was looking for!

The rocker

Order the rocker, was completely smitten. Had a delivery date for the beginning of June, after a week of waiting I emailed and had an email back the next day, fully explained there was issues with delivery to warehouse and offers a refund or wait. I totally understood due to everything that’s going on in the world so waited. Another email sent a couple of weeks later and again reply straight back assuring me it would be here in the next couple of weeks. Order has just arrived and I couldn’t be more happy 😁😁 my patients perceived. Thank you so much for an amazing product and can’t wait for the sun to shine and be able to use it.

Poor return money back service

I purchased a vase online for a birthday gift arrived damaged. Telephoned company who asked for me to send photos of broken vase of which I did, company very late in replying. Eventually heard from Yurie who said he would arrange for a refund to my bank as too late for the birthday gift. Unfortunately I'm still waiting for money back 😕

Can’t get thru to customer services for refund via phone or email

I ordered a set of book ends and received two the same (not as described or per photo) I emailed via the website and over two weeks later no reply. I’ve called every day and the customer service voicemail says it’s busy and to try again or email. I’ve tried another email and waiting! Cannot recommend their customer service at all

Great items, thank you.

I have bough from Latzio before and have had good prompt service. This time there was a delay in my items being dispatched, but customer services assured me they would be arriving, although later than estimated, and sure enough the goods arrived today, so if you are experiencing delays, don't panic and remain patient!
