MAKING MONEY BY CANCELLING ORDERS.
I ordered 2 x kayaks from taobao. Collection and order was confirmed and paid for on 22oct. Today 1 Nov the order was cancelled by the seller without any notification or reason given. Refund to my debit card was $50 less than amount paid to Lazada so this order has cost me $50 and I have no kayaks. I called lazada customer service and Honey could not understand that a further refund was due so cut me off and blocked my number. My first and last order from Lazada.
No refund was ever received
I ordered the item by mistake, but since it was possible to receive a refund, I initiated it. However after waiting for more than 2 months, the refunds was never paid per my debit card as it was stated. The seller attributes me to the Lazada platform, but it's impossible to communicate with Lazada's support, but only via irrelevant chat bot.

I reported that criminals have linked MY phone number to a fraudulent account.
Lazada refuse to close/ delete / block criminals using other peoples phone numbers and accounts. Lazada refuse to report criminals to be investigated
Outcome of my delayed returned item
In my last review on Lazada's customer support team regarding their response to resolving my request to return item in dispute due to a low quality item.
My grateful thanks to customer service agent, Rem, who understood my concern and was able to help settle the issue promptly while the previous many calls for assistance with various other Lazada agents were met with mere assurances that they were looking into arranging for the pickup but nothing happened for close to 2 weeks.
From my personal experience, I will not buy anymore higher priced or large, bulky items from Online Shopping.

Stolen!
I have just received what was supposed to be a cordless drill from Lazada. Upon opening the package instead of a drill, the box was full of rocks! I sent several messages to the seller as well as Lazada. As yet there has been no replies!!!!!! If I don't hear back I will post this on social media and the clubs I belong to so that others know that there are serious problems with Lazada!

Terrible customer service. Put an order in for a few items . Order was cancelled apparently to non payment. Our bank confirmed it was paid to a Lazada we have sent various confirmations from our bank to show it was paid . Lazada customer service not interested won’t even consider looking into it on their side . Now not responding to our messages and we are out of pocket . Shocking customer service
Lazada is not customer oriented
Lazada is not customer oriented, they support the sellers before the buying public. If you don't carefully pay attention to the adds you will get burned. When resurching items you will find pictures of items that you are looking for, but when you purchase you may get a get something of lessor quality.
The art of deception is very much alive at Lazada.

Useless delivery service
Lazada give an estimated delivery time as a 4 day span from 9 am to 10 pm.
The biggest joke ever. Try this in a modern country, and you will be out of business within a week. You can't even choose a pick up point outside Manila. I rather pick up myself than dealing with their shoddy door - to - door service.
Delivery and Support is a nightmare
My items keeps going back without delivery attempt, they always tag it buyer not at home. I WFH!!!!! Chat with support to let them know of the delivery issue! LEXI is a nightmare!!
Trying to delete the app today, they won't let me. Want me to wait 40 days. What for? In case I changed my mind? Nope! I found better items and pricing offers with Temu and Zalora. I'm so tired of paying for priority…
I'm so tired of paying for priority delivery and then Lazada changing the "guaranteed" delivery date.
For example, I had an item with a "guaranteed" delivery date of August 20.
Now we're on August 20, they've simply changed the "guaranteed" delivery date to August 22.
This has happened so many times.
How can they make these promises and charge for priority delivery when they're nearly always 2-3 days later than promised?
Got scammed for ₱8,937.00 and support is doing nothing
On 19.05.2024 i ordered from the seller "TAO Fitness Equipment" a olympia bar for ₱8,937.00. On the same day the seller set the status on "Your package is packed and will be handed over to our logistics partner." and sent me a fake tracking number (837640050398985_760137641493) from delivery partner Cainiao. Latest arrival date should be 3 of July 2024. Until now came nothing and when you want to look up the tracking number on the website of Cainiao, it says the tracking number doesnt exist. I contacted beginning of July the customer service from Lazada and since that time, i hear only excuses from them, that they are deeply sorry and are working hard on this case to resolve it. Since 1.5 months nothing happend and i get no help from them. They are protecting SCAMMERS - stay away from Lazada!!!

My account is inaccessible due to a problem they have with my phone number. I have wasted hours on this and other problems with them. They promised to follow up , but nothing happens. Promised emails never arrive.
