Great after sales

Great after sales. Had issues with first plant but a quick response and turnaround for a replacement was offered which was delivered with care and in quality condition.

Terrible service

Terrible service , suprise gift failed to arrive when I had paid for a specific date , still failed to arrive following day …
Still trying to get refund a week later , no response to four emails

Failed delivery, zero communication

Placed and order and paid for next day delivery. Provided full address and my mobile number. Order has failed to arrive twice with no calls to me from the courier to let me know of any difficulty delivering. Have contacted the company via email and Instagram multiple times with no response. Tried to call their customer service line and it just rings out.
No answer as to whether I will get a refund for failed next day delivery, when they will deliver or what the solution is if all the plants arrive dead. It has now been 6 days since the original planned delivery date with no word from Leaf Envy.

Read the reviews before dealing with…

Read the reviews before dealing with this customer as they are absolutely dreadful. Avoid at all costs.

I spent £130 on a kentia palm to be delivered next day. It arrived a day late (I had contacted them to chase delivery and that was ignored).

The plant arrived and its absolutely pathetic. I ordered the tallest plant and with the exception of one of the branches the plant is nowhere near the height that was advertised. It arrived half dead, dried leafs and the soil is completely crap.

I’ve emailed twice and messages on instagram. There’s been zero response.

I will continue to chase and will then chase my credit card company and speak to an ombudsman.

I’ve always used patch plants and they are far far superior in every capacity. Should have stayed with them.

Orders cancelled without explanation. Substantial store credit not Honoured. Ignores all correspondence

This is an awful company. I had over £1500 of credit via a gift card.
Every order from July last year was cancelled without explanation.
I reached out a number of times enquiring about possible issues within the business. I was ignored every time.
I realise times have been difficult for small businesses recently and was willing to forgo the he substantial balance. (I had won a competition and had received a number of products already)
The issue I have is the lack of customer service and the complete absence of any communication.

Dissapointed

Really unhappy. Ordered 3 pots, and 2 arrived smashed. They sent two new ones, and one arrived smashed. Have chased for a refund for over 3 weeks now, and have heard nothing, no reply to my emails. Very disappointing as i used them before and found the plants and pots lovely.

Total lack of customer care raises big questions

Placed 3 orders one after the other, each with a personal message. All orders received the SAME message, two were delivered on the wrong day and one of the plants arrived in a broken unusable pot. I wrote to LeafEnvy straight away, have now chased up 3 times and got no response. Resorting to this so that they might perhaps react this time. Appalling lack of customer care.

Waste of money

Plant arrived all over the place, scooped compost back in pot, plant slowly died, dried up and leafs went crispy and fell off. Complained and was sent a form to fill out. That was a week ago and still nothing. Terrible service and waste of money

Sent a plant with root rot, refused a refund

I did a bulk order of many plants for over £100.
One of the plant I received had root rot.

I have been very reasonable and asked for a refund of the faulty product and sent them pictures and spoken to somebody back-and-forth. In short, they have refused to refund, gave me some excuse of an answer. I will not recommend them. They are a bunch of scammers.

Beautiful products, great service

I have ordered multiple plants and pots from this company, all of which have been beautiful and high quality. I had a minor issue with one of my plants (which I believe was damaged during transit) and they were very friendly, helpful, and quick to resolve the problem. I will absolutely buy from them again both for myself and for my interior design clients.

The best plant delivery service in the…

The best plant delivery service in the UK!

It is not the first time I ordered from LeafEnvy and it is always on point.

First, the quality of the plant delivered - nothing to complain, as in the picture. (Frankly speaking, I think I got the cutest fiddle fig ever!)
Secondly, the design of the packaging allowed the plant to be safely delivered, without any damage.
Lastly, all was done very fast with great communication.
Leaf Envy never disappoints :)
