This is my 3rd vehicle via Central Contracts/Lease Car. The car has arrived and is perfect for both budget and requirements. The whole process went smoothly and the car was delivered on exactly the day they said it would be.

Richard at Central Contracts was fantastic in finding me a deal for the particular make and model that I wanted.
He talked me through each step of the process in language I could understand.

I found Jonathon at Lease Car to be very helpful. There were a couple of small queries with the finance company but he sorted them out very quickly and kept me informed through the whole procedure . I am happy to recommend Lease Car.

It's a shame my constructive feedback seems to have fallen on unreceptive ears. All I'm suggesting is they should confirm the delivery address sooner.

To future business lease customers reading this: if you want the car delivered to your home, not your company registered office address, be sure to volunteer this information at the start of the process, as the website doesn't ask for it, and in my experience anyway, neither did the salesperson.

Leased a car through my limited company. Overall, it was a good experience. The website is slick, the price was excellent, the ordering process was straightforward, and the car was ready on time. I'm really pleased with the car.

The only issue was the delivery process, and I think it's something they could improve quite easily.

Everything was done through their website, and I simply filled in the information requested. I was asked for my company details, including the registered address, but at no point during the order was I asked for a delivery address. I then received updates showing a "delivery to dealer" date, but they didn't say which dealer, so I assumed they were still sourcing the vehicle and that I'd be asked where I wanted it delivered once everything was ready.

Instead, just a few days before delivery, I was asked for the delivery address. I gave my home address and was initially told it had been accepted. About 10 minutes later I was informed there would be a £270 delivery charge because the deal had been arranged based on my company registered address in central London (I live in West Sussex).

From my perspective, this was an avoidable misunderstanding. Lots of limited companies use accountants' or virtual office addresses, and many people work from home, so I'd have expected the delivery address to be confirmed much earlier in the process rather than assumed.

What disappointed me most wasn't the charge itself, but how it was handled. I felt the responsibility was placed entirely on me, when it seemed clear that the process had contributed to the misunderstanding. Had that been acknowledged, I'd probably have felt differently about the situation. Instead, I chose to make the 168-mile round trip to collect the car myself because I no longer felt confident the delivery would go smoothly.

It's a shame because everything else was excellent. I'd happily recommend the company, but I'd strongly suggest they ask customers to confirm the intended delivery address at the start of the order. It would avoid situations like this and make an otherwise great experience even better.

The service from Lease Car was very good, their staff were very helpful in arranging model of car that I wanted. I do think they were let down by their finance company who were very demanding on information before approval. The fact that I was already a customer with the vehicle I returned from leasing seemed to make no difference, so much so that I lost the vehicle I wanted to lease and had to go for an alternative.
