Smooth transition from changing my existing lease car to a new one. Katy, the account manager acted as the single point of contact and provide quotations for various vehicle within my budget to chose from, and guided throughout the process.

I am attempting to lease a KIA Sportage, was told I could have it in 3-4 weeks as it was "in the country" and it was "allocated". Turns out I won't be getting it until who knows when. Honesty doesn't seem to get in the way of sales it seems. I'm now without a car and cannot visit my clients. I should have known better.

Re CV26XRD Kia Sportage. This is my 2nd Lease car from them . Katy was my sales account manager and sorted my requirements. Kept me informed of progress from order to delivery. All the team at Central answer the phones quickly and will also assist if needed if their colleague is engaged. Communication is very good and will always ring back if requested. Karen in admin also very helpful in arranging the delivery of the car with plenty of notice to make arrangements.

When an unexpected hailstorm at the dealer's location caused a delay to the original delivery schedule, both Sarah and the team worked hard to keep me updated and ensure the vehicle was delivered as quickly as possible.

Excellent service from start to finish. Very straightforward quoting. Tom Fielding was great, it was my first time leading and he explained excellently. Paperwork process was all digital and simple to do. Car was within the expected delivery window, delivery was perfect handover and service from everyone was great.

From starting the process - choosing a car, agreeing price etc through to delivery of the new car was seamless and pain free.
