Wouldn't recommend as all after what experienced wirh them. Writing them emails on which they have 6-8 weeks to respond. In the meantime keep sending them updated regarding the issues with the car and all the information received from Perry's peugeot, after 7 weeks received reply to the FIRST email only!!!! No one bothered to even read the emails...... keep calling them wirh same result. All advisor "trying to help" but than it's nothing but silence..... I have called and demand a callback from manager.... that was 3 weeks ago!!!! That company only wants a money for a car, but when issue arises keep sending customers to other departments. They insist on keep up with monthly payments till issue is resolved, but in my case, it never will!! I am strongly thinking of stopping paying, I am sure they will be calling every day. If leasys will read this please don't respond with stupid comment like, "please contact us on this email to resolve the issue", as tried all emails and numbers and no one is bothered. Unless a manager will finally call me back to discuss it and solve it, I will keep post reviews here every day.

Be very careful when leasing with this company. They advertise that their end of contract inspection is in line with BVRLA, but the person who did my inspection said Leasys have advised them to put everything on there, whether it is in line with the BVRLA or not. I have contacted them about this but they refuse to do anything so I’m going to have to raise the issue with the BVRLA.

Great value lease. Issue with original colour being out of stock/unavailable but can't knock the value for money - and so far so good with the lease generally.

i raised a Trustpilot review a few weeks ago and their reply asked me to contact them. I did by email and to date have had no reply. This company is seriously a joke. I have someone looking into them and they cannot believe they supposedly have been highly commended by Business Motoring Awards 2025, really, can you trust these recommendations? It seems there are several Leasys UK pages on Trustpilot and when their ratings get bad, they just open up another page. Is this legal?

This was my first time using a leasing company and I was a little apprehensive about it, in the past I've always purchased my vehicles outright but the economics of it don't make sense and I've reached that point in life where I just don't want to do it any more. I researched several companies and Leasys UK seemed one of the best, so in the end I settled on them.
I dealt with Nathan Oakes and I have to say he was exceptionally supportive, friendly and very knowledgeable of the process end-to-end. I wanted a particular vehicle and although I was slightly disappointed I couldn't get the colour I wanted, this is a minor point and I'm very happy with the vehicle I ended up with, the specification is exactly what I wanted.
Would I use Leasys again? Most definitely - and I will be asking for Nathan as my consultant. The only negative aspects were some misleading IT issues (easily resolved) concerning data uploads to the company portal, but that was minor. I didn't like the apparent "hard sell" to purchase a maintenance contract, but that may well be a company policy and one they wish their customers to take up. I am sensible and responsible enough to deal with this myself, so I really didn't want this.
Overall, excellent and very reliable. I am impressed.

The person I contact at Citroen (Lucy) is absolutely fantastic. But, I have driven the car 60 miles and it is back at a main dealership having suffered fuel pump failure. I also cannot log on to my Leasy's or Citroen app because the number plate comes up as unknown. I also keep being asked to verify my bank details when I have already been credit checked and approved to take on the lease of the car.

The whole experience from initial contact to post receiving my car was excellent. This was the first time I'd privately had a lease vehicle so was a little apprehensive with the process, however, within a short space of time I realised that I'd made the right decision. I'd recommend this company to anyone, they made it straightforward, and to be honest, I doubt I could find a £40k car for £200pm for 2 years anywhere!

I have never been the type of person to leave revies online, but Leasys have dealt with my whole situation with such a level of carelessness that I'm forced to leave them a negative review. All I can say is avoid them at all costs. Got a car delivered to me which was covered in Pigeon faeces, which was meant to be a new car by the way. Then had it for around 6 weeks and now its broken down. Reported it to them and they flat out refused to provide a courtesy car despite sending them the RAC diagnosis report. And not only that I need to wait for 6 weeks before anyone looks at the car for a diagnosis at the dealership. All the while I'm expected to continue paying them the monthly fee whilst they spend 4 weeks 'investigating' my complaint. Tried calling them again today to find out who's going to arrange the car to be delivered to the dealership, and they hung up the call after making me wait. They do not care about their customer and it wouldn't surprise to find out that the positive reviews are all fake. They don't answer their phone line after making you wait for several minutes, someone cuts the call.
