Fantastic Holiday/Fantastic Company
What a fantastic holiday cruising the river Charente - just beautiful! Hard work with the lock gates (there were only the 2 of us) but a great workout! We did Jarnac-Cognac-Jarnac-Angoulême- maybe easier Jarnac to Jarnac but the river to Angoulême was so peaceful which made up for all the lock gates. Le Boat is an extremely professional company. The staff in Jarnac and Angoulême were so kind, helpful and friendly. A big shoutout to Mohamed, Romuald and Juergen, but seriously thank you all! We had a Horizon 1 boat which was fabulous. So sad to be home - would do it all again tomorrow. Paula & Paul, Belfast, Ireland

Our First Boat Charter With Le Boat
This was our first boating vacation with Le Boat, and we were very pleased. Our expectations were exceeded. The staff in the Le Boat office were very helpful preparing for our arrival for our Le Boat charter, and for our departure afterwards. Our boat, the Royal Mystique A, was perfect - especially in the hotter weather we encountered. The boat was very self sufficient and we hardly had to do anything but start it, move the throttle lever forward, and go.

My Favourite Experience
Everyone is very switched on and helpful and the experience of floating down a river or canal for a week is the best.
If you're going to have very hot weather, go for one of the Horizon range, which has great living space and an air-cooling system that uses the river temperatures to cool the boat.

Our fantastic 1 week holiday on the Canal du Midi in France was enabled by the excellent customer service provided by the Le Boat team. The information and support provided throughout, enabled us to easily select a route and boat that was perfect for our needs. The information pack and boat familiarisation training at Port Cassafieres was efficient and thorough, and tailored for first time users. After an extremely enjoyable trip along the canal the check out process by the team at Trebes was then quick and efficient.

July trip at Laggan, Scotland
We recently returned from a wonderful week-long trip with Le Boat in Laggan, and overall, it was a fantastic experience.
The cruising route was absolutely beautiful, and the staff at the Laggan base were very helpful. As complete novices, we found the idea of captaining a boat quite daunting at first after a 6 hour road journey. It is worth noting for future travelers that you do need to be reasonably fit, as handling the ropes and locks requires some physical effort and care.
To be completely fair, the boat itself was a little tired and showing its age. However, considering the very reasonable price we paid, we felt this was completely fair and expected. It was clean, comfortable, and fully functional. We had a brilliant holiday and would definitely book with Le Boat again. Highly recommended!

Belgian Boating Holiday
Le boat are a company that I trust to make my waterway holiday work. It is a magical experience using quality equipment. Our group of six adults all enjoyed the canals of Belgium. Mooring in Brugge centre was a real experience.

Fantastic Experience
From questions prior to booking to arriving at the base and departing at the end, the customer service was wonderful! We had a fantastic holiday cruising the Rideau with our upper teenage boys. It was lovely exploring the small towns and relaxing onboard. The boat was easy to manage and I can't wait to do it again!
