We were very happy with our stay. The property was above our expectations. Perfect location, comfortable and cosy interior design, well maintained. The property taker was exceptionally good at serving at every aspect; 10 out of 10! Skiing in and out was the most convenient among properties we have stayed so far. This property will be at our radar when we choose to stay at Courchevel at our next skiing vacation.

The morning transfer to the ski lifts was never on time.
The pool temperature took a few days to get acceptable.
There were no pool towels.
The cleaning team didn’t change bath towels as they were supposed to do. They did it the next day after clients complain. The same for bath products.
The kitchen exhausting system didn’t work properly and the all chalet was full of smoke and smell when chef was cooking.
On the positive side it’s a nice chalet and well located.

Concierge service really poor, took two weeks to book a few reservations. Unresponsive for a couple of days. Wasn't able to get two restaurants that then I was able to book myself. Didn't feel like a dedicated concierge for my stay.

Cleaning service not consistent with time requested and agreed on. After complaining once, they did show up again in the afternoon towards the end of our stay.

Not the same service as I once got from them on a previous booking.

Communication from booking and concierge staff was great throughout the process. We had a minor issue with the arrival time of our group, the greeter (Marie) solved our problem for us and made the process go very smoothly. We had a lovely stay.

My experience was phenomenal. My concierge Giulia made sure every need was met and exceeded. From beginning to end the best vacation experience I have ever had. The villa was amazing only overshadowed by the amazing staff. Definitely 5 star experience ✨️.

The location is extremely beautiful and private. The house had everything we needed and more. The service always attentive to our needs. We will definitely come back in spring or summer to enjoy the swimming pool and outside terraces. Even with the cold weather the house was nice and warm, we used some of the beautiful fireplaces and also the bbq.
Consider there is a small piece of country road before arriving to the house. Absolutely better to arrive during the day.

We had an amazing experience staying at Poggio Mori, Villa Bludivigna. We were 10 couples of friends and the property was perfect to accommodate all of us and ensure a luxurious stay. We lived not just the property but also the staff. Everyone was super kind and helpful. We would go back in a chinch and would highly recommend this destination to anyone looking for a tasteful and luxurious experience.

Perfect location walkable to beaches, cafes and restaurants. Spacious and comfortable house even for 12 people. Large deep pool. Well equipped throughout. Very helpful support team for all kinds of bookings locally.

As a temporary home, Maison Dubreuil is exceptional and is literally surrounded by vineyards. The people who own the home and wine business and the team who operate the property exceed all service oriented, experiential and cultural expectations.
As vineyard owners and Grand Cru wine makers they invited us in to participate and observe every aspect of the harvest season.
The surrounding towns like Saint-Emilion are authentic pre Roman historic wonders but today present themselves as centers of modern food and wine excellence.
The team at Maison Dubreuil are redefining modern cuisine and hospitality in the heart of France’s most revered wine district. They anticipated our every need, were never intrusive but seemed to be present every time we needed them. They arranged endless “back stage pass” style experiences right across Bordeaux. Most importantly, they were friendly, warm, engaging and fun people.

Margaux was very helpful in making sure the property Bastide des Collines had all the elements we were looking for.
The concierge service was professional in arranging grocery delivery and a chef for one evening.

I needed an accommodation in Cannes to house a large number of guests, and found the perfect stay with Le Collectionist. They were easy to contact and communicate with; terms were clearly explained. I was set up with concierge right away, and they helped tailor the trip with suggestions on excursions, dining and other activities. The concierge team answered all of my questions without issue, met with me at the Villa, and made sure to check in on us during our stay. The Villa was beautiful! My only regret is not staying longer. I would use Le Collectionist again - highly recommend!
