L&G took over the admin of a DB pension…
L&G took over the admin of a DB pension scheme of which I was a member. Unfortunately for me, this happened just as I was about to begin receiving benefits. Right from the start communication with them has been problematic. There are long delays in receiving responses to questions, and no one appears to have an overview or ownership of making sure the transition into receiving benefits flows as it should. My case remains unresolved and yet they have been instantaneous in asking for a review of my most recent phone call where again what was promised has yet to happen. Something is very flawed in their internal processes.
